The employees at this store are rude don't pay attention to customers,they don't know the sign specials that are on the outside windows. They will argue with you.Hotdogs looked like they were there from the morning buns were rock hard

Limited hot(temperature) snacks/food. Gas prices at the pump aren't the same as the large sign. Awesome staff. Cold beers

Stopped in today too grab some burgers and couple packs of Cigarettes knowing that I had a discount from purchasing the previous day. Item rings up said I had a 5 dollar discount. It didn't apply to order so he asked another employ to come help. She canceled transaction. Rerung everything said I didn't have a discount anymore. She called her boss. Said they couldn't do anything because its its own program and there was nothing they could do. I stop here everyday. Not anymore..Im a believer in Sharing my experience online.

Today, I entered the shop to buy mega millions lotto tickets and found the shop attendant glued to his cellphone next to the cash register. I had to knock on the cabinet to catch his attention and that is when the bad customer service started. Whilst he walked away to print my lotto tickets I sneezed. He turned and accused me of spitting and I strongly denied , NO! I didnt. He came back and handed me my tickets. As I walked away I remembered to ask about the megaplier option so I turned round and before I could open my mouth, he shouted in my face that I leave his store. I was shocked and embarrassed in-front of about 5 other customers in the que, so I asked him why. He could not explain himself but repeated the same command that I leave 'his store' and seemed to threaten to call the police. One of the brave customers jumped to my defence. He declared loudly that I didnt do anything wrong and he should stop wasting their time and continue to serve them because they want to leave. Interestingly he immediately complied and focused on his job. Still confused on the reason for his outburst and not wanting to cause trouble or invite police scrutiny I chose to leave peacefully. I'm black, I was one too many, percieved to be a threat and not welcome. May be the shop attendant can explain himself. I didnt deserve to be profiled in that manner, an apology would be appropriate. By the way, I shop here often and I am a resident at apartments behind the dealership next to this gas station.

I only go to Valero for gas. I noticed that there is Never any water to clean the windows...trash everywhere and there is never any receipts at the pump. It say that the clerk has receipt. The whole reason I have a card is so I dont have to go into the store. Especially during this pandemic.
