Terrible service. Especially Dr. Vurimi. If you try to walk in they treat you terribly. The doctor won’t even listen to your lungs even if you having shortness of breath.

Overall 0 if I could. This clinic is horrible!!! I HIGHLY recommend steering clear from this location. PCM’, NP’s, some nurses not all, are never available because scheduling will only result in rescheduling/canceling. They seem to be very short staffed or just don’t give a crap about failing veterans with their health needs. I had a PCM I NEVER met Dr Patel, then I was called and told she left the location after canceling me with her twice and I would have to start all over with another PCM that isn’t present physically. You know how frustrating it is to start all over with a new PCM and repeat your background all over again. The excuses ran dry for me, some of the nursing staff was no better or help. I asked to be placed out to community care and they said I couldn’t, the only way I could would be if they were short staffed. CLEARLY they are short staffed because they couldn’t keep an appointment with me and it was hell trying to get seen by somebody. My advice is RUN, RUN as fast as you can away from this clinic and the medical staff. They need a redo of that entire medical staff once they’re done renovating and adding to that facility.

Worst call center ever. You will never get to make an appointment. They make you talk to 10 different people first. The staffs at the client is actually very nice. But the call centers was a nightmare

I would give 0 stars if I could. Finding a provider from this clinic who cares about you is impossible. My last provider literally told me that I'm too young to use a wheelchair even though a previous va prescribed it. And was like see you in a year. With no plan or help in place. It turned me off from getting help until I couldn't put medical care off any more. I then made another appointment. And she hung up on me and refused to help me put a care plan in place. On top of mental health. Been trying to get care since I moved to Texas over 2 plus years ago and went from seeing a therapist weekly to none at all. Which when someone who has ptsd can be very dangerous if care is stopped ubruptly. This va has given me 0 hope and very many reasons to give up on life.

I call the Grand Prairie number in the web page to make an appointment. They can’t do it and the number turns out to be a call center. Why? I call again 4 days later to try again the lady now wants to transfer me to the ft.worth va. She can’t get through to the 3 numbers she tries so she will give me the numbers to keep trying and not help me. Va is a crooked system, lazy no good people. That are in the wrong profession. Who can I tell does anyone read these complaints and try to contact us to fix or rectify the situation.? is there a number out there for the VA where the person on the other end of the line will help you?

Dr Yusuf OMG, what is he doing at that clinic, I use to have super great Dr Le and don’t know why Va moved him and ever since it has been a mess with this doctor Yusuf. 00 percent of my appointments gets canceled a day before and nothing gets when you see him

Dr. Yosef is be far the worst. Won’t help nor keep you updated. Will wait for hours to see him. He will send you for testing but never respond with results. When you go to see him he will be confused and ask, what’s wrong with you again? No idea what this man is doing here, but it’s not treating patients. God bless the VA for providing him with a job when no one else would. In all seriousness though, re-evaluate.

Been trying to get mental health care since May of 2022, finally got thru first video appointment in October 2022, and again in January 2023, had appointment scheduled for February 1, 2023, and the VA canceled....I see why so many Vets committed suicide

My doctor was rude and condescending. She kept asking me the same question over again. Her focus was not to address any of my actual concerns. This is why I’ve only been to personal doctors and avoided the va for 6 years. The va does not take care of veterans and this is why the suicide rate is sooo high. I left my appt feeling hopeless and like there was no reason for me to live.
