I had a package never received and I called and I spoke with Dawn she was highly professional and went throughout her way to find a solution so I can get my package. She was so kind and you can tell she is very compassionate for what she does. If y’all need help with your package or anything ask for Dawn !!! Thank you queen !!

The worker that looks like Lil Kim with the contacts….. told me on Wednesday that she couldn’t take my packages in before u even walked in(rude) then once I tell her it’s clothes she continues to say you might wanna put them in a box cause they might….. she paused… so I I said might what steal them!? (Red flag) don’t drop off here your packages will be stolen

We visited the W Westchester Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Post Office today to close a PO Box and forward our mail. Amy was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She walked us through every step (it's much more complicated now than it used to be) and took the extra time to ensure our Box rental was cancelled and reassured us that she would keep an eye out and let us know if there were any unexpected issues. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Amy, for being such a pleasure to work with!

They deserve a zero stars ! this is the laziest post office bunch I’ve ever met in my life they need new management and a new way of delivering their mail they don’t lower themselves to get out of their car because it “dangerous” even in areas that are no risk of danger I can I stand that on traffic area roads but not in non traffic residential, ?boo.. you stink

Put 5 Birthday cards with money inside in the drop box outside two weeks ago NONE of them made it to their destination or returned to sender. Agree with previous review. THIEVES! Won't happen again. Should be ashamed of yourselves, stealing from children.

I had three birthday cards stolen that I dropped into the outside blue mailboxes. They all had gift cards in them. I understand that mail gets lost, but all three cards. THIEVES! I have never had that happen at any other PO drop-off mailbox station. I cannot wait to move back to North Dallas near my old PO. And these reviews are scary, but accurate. I would leave no stars if I could.

The postal worker behind the desk was rude loud and has poor communication skills. Then because she thought I was too slow in my transaction, she took another person and made me wait to stamp my mail. I want a phone number to complain. But as usual the United States, post office has absolutely no accountability. Terrible service at the Westchester location. Never coming back.
