I am leaving a review because I live in The Kace in Grand Prairie and this is a large community however, this postal service particular location. They are always leaving my packages or leaving messages on the opposite door there are.A & B Sides to this complex and every time I never get my packages delivered on time because carriers are becoming lazy. They leave messages through the app saying that they made an attempt when I work from home and no one has made an attempt I’m just sick of it … today is July 28, 2024 and now I have to go to the post office because they said they made an attempt and they did not in my package is there so ridiculous

I accidentally called this post office not knowing it was the wrong location for my mail but the person I spoke to was extremely nice and still helped me anyways and called the correct location for me!

Very slow service. 1 customer service rep. for a busy post office. I waited.45 mins. & 6 people were still in front of me, cashier helped 3 & supervisor didn’t help with anything besides prepaid postage boxes drop off.

Seems frustrating every time I go there. A line of 3 or 4 people can take 10 minutes instead of just a few minutes.
When I finally get to the counter I'm done in 1 minute, every time. Why? Because I was prepared. Seems everyone in front of me doesn't have a clue what they are doing.
Today, while standing in line, each of the three employees had a reason to walk away between customers.

The worker that looks like Lil Kim with the contacts….. told me on Wednesday that she couldn’t take my packages in before u even walked in(rude) then once I tell her it’s clothes she continues to say you might wanna put them in a box cause they might….. she paused… so I I said might what steal them!? (Red flag) don’t drop off here your packages will be stolen

Worse service ever if I could give no star I would but I can’t the lady that help me was so rude she didn’t wanted to help me she asked me for Confirmation Code that I didn’t receive had to call customer service and they didn’t had it either they told me it happens sometimes but they should still help me I went to explain to her of what they told me yet she still didn’t wanted to help me !!! Make sure if y’all make an appointment to get a code or they won’t help you

I have been waiting on a package for almost a month now. It was transferred to this location from DHL and now doesn't give me an updated tracking number or an estimated time to delivery. Calling is a waste of time and I am struggling to reach a resolution as the items shipped are no longer available for replacement. Maybe the better business bureau needs to hear about this consistently incompetent location.
