Came to talk to them about mail missing from my apartments secured mailbox. I’ve had three letters that family members have sent that show on informed delivery from a month+ ago that still have not arrived. Asked what could be done and all they said was to ask family to send me letters “certified” moving forward. So disappointing.

As of recently, I have been having issues with my packages being open when I retrieve them from my P.O. Box. My mom mailed me a handbag from out of state and I showed her a pic of how it arrived and she didn't send it In a clear plastic bag. No one In their right mind would mail anything like this from one state to another. I also picked up another package that had been slit opened. After I received my 2nd package opened I Called USPS headquarters and requested the theft department. I have filed a claim to have this location investigated. USPS has a crook (s) working on their payroll and this is not fair!!! Federal crime..

Said my mail would be in dec 18th like any other Monday same mail from my workers compensation insurance company Sentry go to get my mail that after because I have informed delivery and it shows what’s coming in that no got everything but my check mail smh the week of Christmas…sad part is i have another coming in this week as well and I pray it’s not misplaced again! It’s so inconvenient ?

Most of the time my packages are missing. They always marked it as delivered but nothing ever be in the mail box. If you get lucky, some package will show up months later but expect to loose your packages if you live near this area. Management and employees here need to be changed.

At this point they need to be investigated. They are not doing there jobs to make sure people have the satisfaction of knowing there packages will be delivered safely and on time. They just need to get a whole new team from management to staffing. I hope they do investigations too. It is ridiculous how you can't get in touch with no one about the packages no matter how many times you try. My delivery date was supposed to be today and all it has been saying is no receipt. Still haven't gotten a response from these people. All of them need to be jobless. Bet they couldn't even do a fast food gig.

My package has been at this location since march 28, it is now april 5. Wont answer any calls. Tracking isn’t updated and i live only a few hours away. WHAT IS GOING ON? Seriously this is outrageous. Seems from the other reveiws this is an on going issue? Wth

Are people stealing packages at this location? I have had my package sitting there for 6 days now, and it's very important! Things needs to be investigated there! I want my mail! They never answer the phone there either!
