  Came to talk to them about mail missing from my apartments secured mailbox. I’ve had three letters that family members have sent that show on informed delivery from a month+ ago that still have not arrived. Asked what could be done and all they said was to ask family to send me letters “certified” moving forward.... read full comment

  This location needs to be investigated and shut down. They are always missing packages and never getting them delivered

  Most of the time my packages are missing. They always marked it as delivered but nothing ever be in the mail box. If you get lucky, some package will show up months later but expect to loose your packages if you live near this area. Management and employees here need to be changed.
