Thank you Johnny for saving my nails I was close to tears and hated my how my nails were done where I went to get them done . I should’ve just had you do my whole set thank you for taking the time to fix my horrible nails you’re awesome

At first, thought the nail tech was not licensed. He kept drilling my nails down until they were all hot. The nail removal seemed to have taken longer than it should have. The menu says nail removal is $10+. They charged me $15 because I initially came in for an acrylic fill, but decided to just get it removed instead. I was the only customer in the building. I don’t plan on returning.

Avoid! I went in for a full pedicure and won’t ever return. First, there were bugs in the polish display. I ignored as it may not be the cleaning weekend and I didn’t want to judge. I was asked to go and sit in the chair. The lady who performs pedicure is the main lady who typically speaks when you come in and asks what services you’d like. She didn’t cut nor file my toenails down. The polish job was terrible. So much so the woman next to me said she needs to redo. The polish was clumpy on my big toes and not fully polished on there other toes. When I pointed it out, she started over and still didn’t fully cover my nail. I had to tell her to fix it. After fixing it, she went on to put the clear on and you could clearly there were parts on my toes that did not get the top coat. I had to ask her to fix it. I don’t understand why she rushed my pedicure. I sat down at the same time with my friend and was finished 15mins before she started getting polished. We requested the same service. Waste of time and money. If you don’t want to work, don’t go.

This place is straight Garbage! Years ago it used to be so busy and crowded. I gone only twice in 3 years and it is so EMPTY, now. Today, I received the most mediocre and unprofessional service. I went in for a fill, which was $25. I gave a 20% tip because I know service people rely on tips and last I checked that equals $5. That Cvnt asked me two questions when i sat down and when she walked me over to the other booth to get my nails dried which was "do you want your purse in the chair" THIS was all she ever asked me. In August She did my deluxe pedicure which was good, but my overlay was ugly and bumpy, still I left a $30 tip. She was so gracious, THEN and she remembered me too. However, today I was so upset about the service she did I told the owners I wouldn't be back. They offered to fix my nails. I had polish on my fingers, my nails were half polished, I kept looking and turning my hand and she never asked me ONCE if it was okay. I expressed my frustration directly to her before leaving, never raising my voice. This Cvnt start yelling at me, Blatantly lied about ever asking me if I like my nails and start pointing her finger in my face and told me she didn't care about my $5 tip. She then exclaimed , "what's $5 dolla, I don't care about no $5 dolla!" Bitch, that's 20%, i be damn if i give you another $30 tip on a fill. I left disgusted only the pull up to the front of the salon, walk back in and ask for my tip back, which the owner only quietly apologized for her staff's behavior and had me scratch out the tip part. Like so many others, I can show you better than I can tell you!! I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

This place won't be here long. I walked in around 5:30- should be busy at that time. I was the only one. It looked ok initially, went in for paws & claws...I was led back to a chair where I was expecting to get a menu of services. When I asked they said- you want gel? I said I wanted dipping powder. The said ok & I picked a color. As they began on my pedicure, I asked what kind of pedicures they had. The manicurist said do you want mask which costs more or not. Nothing said about what was included or a price- I had to ask about everything. Then when they did my nails they just used gel. Then I looked around & noticed the floors were filthy with large dead bugs on them. A cricket came out to perform & when I brought it to attention she said, don't worry about it. I wanted to leave, but was already into the process. They barely talk to you & the lady that did my nails shaped them unevenly. Mary did a great pedicure which I gave her a large tip for...but this place is unsanitary, they didn't even know what, "almond shape" meant and it appears that they can charge you whatever they say. Couldn't pay me to go back!

I am still in disbelief that the lady who did my nails did not say anything to me the whole time she was doing my nails except, you pick a color, go wash your hands and do you want to pay now? I have never been treated this horribly before. It's unfortunate that these people don't care about customer service and there is no one to complain to because most of them are family. Anywho, while she spent her time talking in her native language to her co worker. I decided to not leave her tip. That made me feel better. But I will not go back there. I gave a two rating, because she did a decent job on my nails.

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. They didn't clean under the nails and barely scraped my heels. The chair was relaxing though. I started to doze off. When I went to check out found out the tech put gel on my toes. Something I've never done before on my toes, definitely didn't want and never asked for. It's hard enough to get gel off your finger nails. I've never had an experience like this before and have been getting my nails done for well over 30 years. Definitely do not recommend.Service: Pedicure

Very angry!! I had my natural nails very long and like the acrylic almost peeled off, this man took them off by force with a false nail, I didn't want false nails and even less so short, I almost cried out of anger ? and on top of that he left them uneven and ugly. Terrible service ????

I went in for a pedicure, i already paid $50 for less than average service. They didn’t completely take all of the dead skin off of my feet. The day after I left they charged my card for their own tip. The day after I got them done my gel polish (that I paid extra for ) chipped. Having the toes on for a week my overlay on my big toe popped off, and multiple toe nails are cracking. I will never return. And I never received a refund from the money they stole from me!Service: Pedicure
