Steven the pharmacy tech is just rude. He should not be taking calls if he is not going to sound at least happy to help. He sounds so miserable, mad, and upset with smartalec response's. On the other hand had a pleasant call/experencie with Tech John and Sunshine they helped me with a smile, and high quality customer service.

Friendly staff who always go the extra mile to help with both merchandise issues in store (pricing glitch) & pricing confusion when I got new insurance & everything was a disaster.

Always friendly, I appreciate the text reminders when it's time to refill, and their drug card beats mine, usually. Also appreciate the app, so I can refill from my list
