Would give zero stars if I could staff was lazy rude and obnoxious. I asked for printing help several times I was disregarded and staff was rude as all day. Need serious training. I took a video but it doesn’t appear you can upload it here. The rude one is working at this moment, glasses, black curly hair. She needs to be in a setting where she talks to no one but a computer.

I've come to the store several times to amazon returns.They're good at that.
But I needed to print out one piece of paper.My printer at home was out of ink.I didn't want to have to drive across town to an office depot. That oneThis piece of paper ended up costing me $5.94, because you can't just email the item you need. Printed, they require you to log on to their internet. Then access your email and print from your email. But they charge you three dollars, ten minutes of internet use, even if you don't use the full amount. Also, the instructions on how to to be able to print something we're not clear. I was told to log in first so the time it took me to wait for an employee to help me. Turns out that was costing me money.

I wanted to leave a really good review for this UPS location. I recently had to send my daughters in for a repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the button wasn’t working. Apple received the iPad and sent me photos stating that the iPad was shattered and bent, stating I would have to pay a lot for it to be repaired. I let them know that when I sent my iPad was In good condition and they told me that they were going to have to escalate it so I called the store to see if there was anyway they could get footage of me taking my iPad in to get sent to Apple because then you would be able to see that the iPad wasn’t broken. They went above and beyond to get the footage for me. I really appreciate them. I will be taking all my shipping business to them from now on.

Came to this location because it is the one closest to my house. I needed to send something through certified mail. The guy working stated "the person who knows how to do that isn't here today and I don't know how to do it"
Really?
Do yall not train your employees?
Definitely won't come back to this location.

Pretty confused why I went in at 835am to ask for A print out from an email, to be told to use self service. There were two employees doing nothing but leaning on the counter. So, instead of a .23c print out, I paid $2.10 since I had to pay $2 for 5 minutes of computer time I didn't need? Make that make sense.
*edit* oh the email receipt finally came, it was $2.27. Lovely.

The service I received at the store on highway 161 in Grand Prairie, TX. The gentleman that helped me was so helpful, friendly, and very happy to be at his job.
This is highest level professional and courteous of customer service I have received in a very long time from any place of business. He had answers to every question and was very knowledgeable of products and services.
In a world where you can say I dunno, be like the UPS Store employees who rock their jobs with a smile ? and have answers to your questions!!!

If one is paying for shipping why am I being charged for the envelope it self when I brought the letters with their own envelope from my home did not grabbed one from the store. Who said it was for Amazon you have the wrong person. LMAO ? what fits in an envelope ✉️ a certified letter. Oh Lord! No one advised me anything of Amazon because it was not for Amazon. Before y'all reply with assumptions do you research. Zero stars please.
