Today was my first visit at The Smile Lounge. Everyone was so welcoming. Dr. Daniels was very attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain our next steps for my dental needs. I immediately felt comfortable with her.

The ambiance was better than n e dentist I've ever been to but the service is horrible. They overcharge me by taking from my insurance and paying the rest out of pocket, knowing they're in network and was suppose to do it for a cheaper price. On top of that, the crown I had to wait on a month and a half for broke a month later after being put in my mouth. Now I need a new one. Ugh. I can't tell you more horror stories but I'll stop there cuz those r my biggest concerns.

My first visit--a cleaning--started out really nice. But when I was talked into getting Invisalign through them and did, it has been pure hell. They overcharged me, allow anybody to do your treatment, withheld thousands of dollars from me for three months, then when they refunded me, they did not refund it all. They also charged me for FUTURE visits that they do not plan to schedule me for. They also charged me and my insurance for a visit that they were not supposed to charge me for. As much as we like to support businesses of our own classes, don't be so quick to do so. Because this place is "typical"--every stereotype about us that has ever been conjured up by the ignorant. And I hate that they have fallen into those types. Please go elsewhere until these people become God-fearing and develop morals and the ability to be convicted by the Holy Spirit, instead of reacting with retaliation and MORE corruption.

$100 cancelation fee is ridiculous for a 48 hour notice... which I tried to give. Staff advised the cancelation has to be 72 hours or more to avoid the fee. I did not approve my credit card being left on file...so I'm not sure how they were going to charge the fee if I hadn't rescheduled. I almost felt FORCED to reschedule...and I don't like feeling that way when I'm spending MY money. 48 hour cancelation should be sufficient as with most physician/dental offices. I would never set up a treatment plan with this business...because life happens with kids. There are MANY options for dental care. So Choose CAREFULLY.

I love coming to The Smile Lounge! Everyone is so welcoming, kind, thorough and personable. Dr. Daniels is amazing. Her team are all fantastic as well. Each time I've had a routine visit, everything goes smoothly and I always enjoy my visit. The ambiance in the office is also very nice and peaceful. As long as I'm in DFW, I'll continue to visit The Smile Lounge for all of my dental needs.

Since relocating to Texas, my dentist journey has been a nightmare. I finally found my dental home with Smile Lounge!!! From the moment I walked in I felt seen and heard. We came up with a comprehensive plan and I can't wait. Dr. D has a gift of making you fear the dentist less and trust her more. I can't sing their praises enough. It's a vibe :)

Dr. D & her team are amazing! I was extremely nervous going to the dentist but walking into an office that felt like my mom's house on a Saturday morning really helped me relax! I felt I was in really great hands and I'm so excited about my journey for better oral health!

Your communication was through your dental assist every time I asked to speak with you concerning my plan/care. The only time you came in to see me was when you had the opportunity to offer another service and then when I was so frustrated and asked for a refund to seek care elsewhere that I chose to wait in the office until you were available. Then I waited two weeks to call a call back from. It wasn't until your assistant confirmed verbally that several patients were having the same trouble that SHE convinced you to switch to Invisalign that I knew of you using a different product

New to Texas overall and of course GP. I went online to search for a dentist that look like me and came across the Smile Lounge. I immediately checked my insurance to ensure we were in network and made my husband and myself appointments accordingly.This place is clean, modern and high tech to say the least. I mean the X-ray scanners speak to the tech after the scan to let them know that the image is captured and it's charged and ready for the next image. It was like iRobot or something which is my thing as I'm a Techie . The staff was super welcoming and accommodating.Thé chair was comfy and I had the best entertainment options while I waited on my servicesMy teeth we cleaned perfect and the exam was smooth. I'll check them out again in 6 months
