Amazing experience, sent Alex (not sure I remember the name correctly!) for service late in the day. I gave the model number and they brought the correct part in case it was what was needed. Very pleased, good experience. I called them because of reviews, glad I did!

The Good Fix is professional and responsive to schedule appointments for diagnostic services. Alex was on time and is an honest small business owner. Please support small businesses like The Good Fix! Alex gave us a free estimate in advance of our appointment, which helped us determine whether we should repair or replace our Jenn-Air microwave. We have an older model appliance and Alex and Andre worked diligently to source parts to complete the repair, contacting multiple suppliers and the manufacturer. Ultimately, a part turned out to be out of stock and obsolete. I assessed that Alex is highly skilled and an expert in his field. The Good Fix has fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need another appliance repair. I highly recommend Alex and The Good Fix for all of your Appliance repair needs. You will be highly satisfied with your decision. They are a "diamond in the rough"!
