This has to be one of the worst childcare facilities. The leadership at the facility lack professionalism and customer service skills. My infant child attended this place for 3 short weeks and I could not have gotten them out fast enough. I certainly did not feel like leadership cared about me or my child. During the first week we attended no one in leadership cared to say hello to us when we walked in or when we left. I literally had to confront the director (who doesn’t have decent people skills, doesn’t act like she notices the families that come in, and honestly isn’t fit for her role) one afternoon to get her to simply say hello. In the few weeks we attended we saw 5 teachers in and out of the infant room. The lack of consistency in childcare was dumbfounding. Many of the teachers lack proper training and do not adhere to the childcare instructions you provide in the paperwork that was used during enrollment. That’s one of the many disappointing experiences I had. I’m pretty sure that some health and safety rules are being broken at this facility and it certainly should be inspected frequently.

The stress that my daughters mom had to endure due to the lack of care of the children's safety and parents concerns from the director and upper management is unacceptable and should not have happened. I don't recommend anyone trusting this center to care of tbeir children. The management doesn't understand the value of a soul nor have shown any care for one at that. I hope changes are made soon for the sake of the deserving teachers who deserve better treatment along with the parents and children who currently are enrolled and working here. My daughters mom had to find a daycare ASAP and make requests with her work schedule. I am glad that this unnecessary stress is behind us and I pray for the safety over the children at this center and the teachers that took their role to heart .For the corporate office asking me to contact the district, my daughters mom has contacted the region manager Michael and feels the parents and children should have been thought about first and not have allowed the teacher to return to work with and around children. My daughters mom, She had to withdraw our daughters out of children's courtyard on lake ridge since clearly yall rather have an abusive teacher in staff then to keep 3 parents and children under yalls care which is fine. Our kids safety is important.

I had a scheduled tour at 5:30 and “Melanie” told me it would have to be really really rushed due to the time of day. I asked if another time would be better because I don’t want to be “rushed” when I’m trying to see about where my child will be outside of my care. (First time having a Child in daycare) I wish they would say what times works best for them prior to scheduling. You never know what measures people have to take in order to get to an appointment. (Leaving work early) I’ll try elsewhere. I didn’t like her wanting to rush my tour when I had to rush my day just to get there on time.

I honestly would not recommend anyone bring their child here. Carol and Melanie, the director and assistant director, are a piece of work. They don’t care, are super unprofessional.. and treat your kids with the lowest quality care. I’ve seen Melanie with my own eyes snatch up kids and throw them by their arm into a classroom. Both of them every morning give fake hellos and goodbyes. My son literally had an injury to the face and no one could tell me what happened. Not his teachers or the directors. There’s no consistency or structure at this school. They literally have teachers who don’t return after their lunch break and leave other teachers out of ratio. It’s a whole facade they put on. A really good show. My sons both have come home with soiled diapers and dirty faces. Ms. Anna an infant teacher called my son who is a baby.. a monkey and she is very aggressive with the babies! Doesnt matter that this place has cameras.. Carol will always find a way to dismiss your concerns as if you and your child are the problem.. when really it’s the whole leadership that’s the problem. I regret taking my children here. Tia was great! Makili was great. Grace and Amy too. Julia and Adriana. But guess what half of those teachers are gone.. and it’s obvious why. If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst facilities ever. And Im not exaggerating.

I was looking to enroll my kids in daycare, I called the business phone listed which went to a call center where the operator schedules the tour for the facility. Not sure if there was not communication between the two but I was logged in on the Microsoft app to begin the tour for 20 min and no one answered. What a shame that’s the first impression you get from this location.

Went to visit today in hopes of enrolling my baby into one of the infant classrooms. Immediately, I was amazed at how clean the campus was. Also, how seamless the drop off process was. I chose to do a tour during that time for a reason & I was not disappointed. My baby usually doesn't go to people but I was pleased to see him slowly getting acclimated with Melonie , one of the directors. She was amazing & answered all my questions in detail. I look forward to him starting in the fall.

I don’t usually post reviews but I’m a first time mom and dreaded the day I would have to go back to work. My 3 month old has been at the facility for 2 days. Mrs Victoria is a master at balancing time with all the infants in her care and her attention. The communication she provides and updates are amazing. She even makes time to send photos of my child throughout the day. She’s made this transition little easier and I’m so grateful for it. I just wanted her to get the recognition she deserves. I’m glad my baby is in her care.

My son started at this daycare when it was kids academy of Texas and it was wonderful! Then it was bought by children’s courtyard and it went down hill. They let the director and assistant director leave and replaced them with completely incompetent people. The whole feel of the place became unfriendly and I was actually happy that they kicked him out the week before he started kindergarten. I understand why they did and am fine with it. But paying for a whole week of tuition for 5 hours on a Monday is ridiculous. I would not recommend this location to anyone even though his teachers were great.

My children (10 yo daughter and 23 month old son) started in February. My son was only 15 months at the time. He had anxiety because he was new to daycare all the way around. His teacher enjoyed him and my daughter enjoyed the director Miss Kristi. About summer it was under new management. When this happened my son started to get bruises and bit. My daughter HATED her teachers. They yelled at her for no reason. The school age class has changed teachers more than they change underwear.I am a CCMS recipient and there was a mix up in tuition for the month of August. When it brought to my attention I made arrangements and paid 300 a month ( my month tuition was 157/mo) I paid almost 2 months to catch up. I needed one more month of 300 to catch up.This month I was threatened by the general manager Anna who said my children were unable to return until paid in full. Okay. I paid partial that day and planned on paying the remainder this week.I received a call on 10/18 advising a tuition reminder . I advised that I will pay it and informed that my children are not there and understood that they could not attend until it was paid in full. Today, 10/19/21 I received a call advising they are discontinuing care. Now I know the reason and I am fine with that. The issue was no one decided ti communicate with me nor take responsibility for actions towards my children. I have never posted because I am a recipient of help they would kick me out for any negative comments. Now my children are no longer able to attend is an issue because I had written a check for the remaining balance and was going to be paid tomorrow night. This center has changed. They general manager has yelled at me when discussing terms and now surprisingly they are not answering my calls when attempted to pay tuition in full.Sad thing is my son doesn't know any daycare and being an infant in the pandemic and not knowing anyone that's all he trusts. They do not see the children as a children but more as money and income. No CARE in childcare at all. They could have atleast told me , hey qe are unable to continue care if not paid in full today. NEVER DID THAT HAPPENUPDATE::: School management posted to contact them on the day of this issue atvthe call center. (Since then they have deleted their message) I called opened a case and was advised will be contacted by someone higher up. Never did I get a contact and that is when I saw their message was deleted. So. Now I see they are taking my accusations and complaints lightly about me and my children were being mistreated. I hope they read this. My attorney. Will. Be. Contacting. You. Today!!!The new staff pre judges and has caused so much anxiety for my now 2 year old.

My sons been coming here for almost a year now and he has come so far! I was a stay at home mom before and he was premie so he was pretty far behind developmental wise. He’s now almost 3 and knows all his numbers, colors, letters, etc. he looks forward to going every day and tells me his best friends are his teachers. You couldn’t pick a better place for your kids to go to!

Every issue brought to their school administrators attention was quickly dismissed and never actually handled. She made it seem like the teachers were never in the wrong. My child came home multiple times with dried poop in their underwear, clothes on backwards or missing items completely. They keep a "teacher" in the class rooms who is actually just a cleaner so they can keep their numbers high and not violate the teacher to student ratio the state requires. Would not recommend, plenty of other daycares in the area for the same price with better care providers, if I could give this business no stars I would.

My 2 boys age 6 and 1 relocated from East Texas to Grand Prairie and they had both been at their previous daycares since 6 weeks old; I have nothing but praises to give to the staff at the Lake Ridge location. My boys come home daily with my happiness and they actually crash because they have had so many activities during the day. I’m updated hourly if not less from an app used by the facility for my 1 year old and I get to see how often he’s changed , fed and even photos of playtime and mealtimes. I highly recommend this facility to any relocation/transition family. I get very much help with any billing concerns or for my little baby boy from Ms. Breanna, Ms. Milka, Ms. Christie and Ms. Tia !!! Ms. Tia was a huge help in the transition of my 6 year old from virtual to in person learning. We will literally be here until they are too old for daycare lol ❤️
