Mgr Debbie is the BEST! No matter how busy she maybe sometimes, she cares for her tenants. All she needs is professional staff cuz she by No means can do it all and she will be at 100%. Thank You Debbie for all you do. ?

I am really disappointed ? since we move to this flat ,they keep up increasing our bill( electricity and water).we are actually not at home 4 days a week and when we are there we are not using water.but every month they increase $50 to $70 to our bill.
I was wondering if there are serious or it us a mistake because it's 2 time the bill I was paying in my previous apartment.
My husband and I try to call two times but no response. This very not fair at all.
I wanted to write another post but I can't.
Just add another disappointment.
I move out but they didn't give my deposit back. And that wasn't and issue. The problem is when I came back to collect o. IMPORTANT mail the manager with her big eys refused .I beg them but they don't care.
Don't move there if you need peace of mind

Do not apply Aki, the truth is that these apartments are of no use, they had me living in terrible conditions. Every now and then the apartment flooded. The ceiling fan fell twice on my bed and they were never fixed. The bathroom was covered in fungus where the ceiling was collapsing. falling from umedo and they still charged me 400 dollars even knowing that they had me living like this, terrible conditions are of no use, the truth is, the drainage was coming out of the wall, my armchairs got wet, they got covered in water, cockroaches were Yeno and bedbugs, I don't know I recommend

My mom was a resident for 2 yrs she never had lots of problems anything that needed much attention but they would come and fix quickly. My mom is def gonna miss this complex

Horrible horrible place !! Mold everywhere my microwave broke they had the audacity to tell me I had to buy my own because everything was so old they would not replace. I asked to be transferred to another apartment at least manager said no that is out of the question. Do not move here!

DO NOT move here!! I have been living here for 9 months and cannot wait until my lease is over. My lights have been out for months and no one will come fix it no matter how many times I report it, my hot water has also been out for over a month now and have not heard back from the office or management. There was a CARBON MONOXIDE leak in my unit, thankfully the fire department came and took care of it. Communication from the staff is terrible, you can't even reach someone over the phone, it just goes to a pre recorded message. But they are really quick to hit you with a fine. They gave me a unit that had a smoke alarm with no batteries and then fined me because there it had no batteries. Who in the right mind gives someone a unit with a non working smoke alarm?? When I go in person, they just tell me they're waiting on corporate. Corporate this corporate that, who ever is in charge obviously does not care about their tenants. I've spoken with other tenants who have very similar problem, some said they have severe BLACK MOLD in their units. Walls just covered with black mold where this can make someone very ill. You have to sign a waiver saying you cannot sue them if you find black mold in the unit, this just goes to show they are aware of the problem. This place obviously needs a lot of remodeling but wont do it. There are very little parking spots available at night, if you have a visitor, you have to pay for their spot. Please, if you are thinking of moving yourself and your family here, DO NOT DO IT!! Keep your family out of this place, you will be doing them a favor and keeping them safe. TERRIBLE absolutely terrible place to live.

I've been living there for 5 months and every 15 days my tub gets clogged I have to go and beg them to repair it and they get upset and it's not because hair falls out because I put a protective mesh on it, but it keeps getting clogged, the maintenance ones are always busy no I know that because all the comments I see are terrible but to collect if they are up to date and if you don't pay within 3 days you will receive the letter that costs $150 I pay the first one a day I am already canceling I ask you to solve the problem from the root and they don't do it, they get upset when I go to the office to file a complaint, I will find myself in the situation of reporting them. It can't be that every 15 days I have to bother them because the tub is clogged

If you like to live where people are rude, abusive, if you like drinking in the parking lot, if you have children who are a demon and enjoy hitting cars, trying to open them, breaking windows, who for fun run through each other looking to get run over, If you like watching people beating their wives, or selling drugs in the parking lot THIS IS PARADISE!
It is also true that you pay a lot for the services because they are SHARED WITH NEIGHBORS, and this looks like a Brazilian Favela at night! MY ENTIRE BUILDING IS OVERCOVERED, how can they allow 10 people to live in one room! They don't even know who they rent to! But they sent me an email that they were going to fine me for having decorations on my balcony while my neighbors have parties from Thursday to Sunday where they fight each other, with the music at maximum volume... but nothing happens here, that is allowed and applaud!!!!!!!!!!
For this reason there is a great overcrowding in the parking lot!!!!! I pay my rent and I have to park in ONE PLACE because where I live I will NEVER find parking, all the apartments are infested with flukes, the few good neighbors that were left have already left! Because of course who is going to put up with so much injustice, instead of finding the good tenant they are staying with the problematic ones and that is how the apartments went downhill, every night the police are here taking people away, that's what these apartments are like.

I currently live in these terrible apartments. I do not recommend it to anyone. For more than a month I have told them that it gets wet when water falls on it. My furniture broke. It got wet more than once and they do nothing. My things have gotten wet. destroyed with the water leak, the water and the electricity are very expensive, don't rent here you will regret it if you do.

I came to visit a friend who lives there, to see if I could rent, they are very expensive, they pay a lot for electricity and water, they told me that they raise money every month, I am going to look for another place.

I visited Terrace on the Parkway
and realized they now have a new name Evira but was so surprised. The lady with blond hair who I think she’s the manager was so kind to me. Gave me all the information I need and made me feel like this is the place where I want to live.. went to another property and they were just plain rude. I’m not moving until July but this is where I will go. I recommend stopping by..

2024 / April, terrible apartments do not respect the contract price, they increase the rent prices without any justification, cockroach infestations are a million, I have been without a/c for almost 2 months, the ceiling in my bathroom is falling due to a leak and I have mold children and that is bad for their health, I go almost every week to notify the offices and they don't care. Stagnant pipes foul smell.
