purchased my furnitures almost 4 years ago and one of my furniture having problem so I called the company to get extended warranty but to use the warranties I have to have the prove of purchase so I called before I go ( it takes approx. An hour to get here and I didn't like to waste of my time) and they said they will left a message for their manager because the manager was in the meeting when I called and I waited little over 2 hours and didn't get any call back so i had had call them back and the manager answered the phone and he said he didn't get any messages and he was asking me everything all over again and I asked hune why he didn't get any messages in 3hours and the manager said the guy is out for lunch... wow.... almost 4pm having lunch....?? And yes it could happen when they are busy but... haven't seen any customers in the store.... based all of this the manager and the employee was very rude and unprofessional. They don't even know how to explain the receipts.And they were saying "ask your mom I don't know. What I did was just print the receipt and I did my job" ok... then... how they are going to sell the funitures?? If they don't know how to explain .... I guess only Vietnam or Chinese customer have go here to buy the furniture. I read and go over the reviews and most of people have 1 star and people who have 4, 5 stars are from Vietnamese.VERY AWFUL. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN If this stores runs by same person.

Overpriced, low quality furniture with very unfriendly, unprofessional service from the salespeople. For these prices you could go to Mitchel Gold & Bob Williams or Cantoni. You’ll have a pleasant experience with friendly staff and much better quality furniture.

Older salesman was extremely rude to me, menacingly following me around naming off the price of each item I was looking at. It seemed he was implying I looked like I couldn’t afford it, like he was pushing me out the door. I planned to buy a new dishwasher there, but will go elsewhere since it seems I’m not the customer they’re looking for.

We bought a fridge, dining table, and a bed set worth 12k. They deliver our things three days ago and now not only our fridge is not working, but our dining table is tilted! We call the Teletron from where we bought it (Grand Prairie) and the manager there (Simon Pham) told us that it was our fault that the table is tilted because the floor of our house is uneven. As for the fridge they sold a 2014 fridge to us, but they stated that it is a 2017 brand new. I had to call whirlpool and gave them the serial number to find out that it is a old model. It is now leaking cooling fluids so the fridge can not cool correctly. Our meat is all bad now! They wouldn't do a thing about it I had to call Whirlpool to even get a tech out to my house. I call again spoke to Simon. I told him that not only did they sold me an old fridge it is now not working. He said that it is new just made in 2014. That I was wrong and I don't know what I am talking about. We then call to corporate and spoke to the corporate manager there name Jimmy! He was rude and very disrespectful! All we wanted was either a refund or for them to replace our things. They just keep blaming us about everything! How in the world did we brake it if you just delivered it and we haven't even used it for more then two days!!!!! If I could give them no star I would. We are not the only customers that got treated like this. There has been multiple people that had bought an item from them and it turns out to not work and they won't exchange or refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They raise the price 3x more then the actual product actually worth. Our bed set was only 2K at another furniture store, but they charged me 4K that's double!

One star is too high of a ranking for this place. Customer service was to the maximum low. This place is a scam. While purchasing a TV from this place, I was told there would be a 14 day warranty for any mishaps. When I got home and tested it out, there was an error with netflix and youtube, both are pre-installed in the TV. Took it the next day and said they couldn't check the netflix program because they had "no internet." How are you running the place without any internet to process the purchases made? Unacceptable excuses and attitude were given to paying customers, neglecting to see proof that there were real errors occurring. I then asked, what can I do now? and was given a response of, " Take it home, what else?" with a smirk from the manager himself. This whole place has no warranty and the worst employees. You're better going to a REAL electronics and trustworthy place such as Fry's or Best Buy.
