The drive up service that Target supplies is super convenient and easy. The staff is top notch, always polite and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. Keep up the great work!

Freezer burned chicken breasts this store used to be amazing. A lot of out dated food can goods and juice spoiled from Ukraine I could not believe it. The products are now expired check everything when you buy it. Item not available a most times. This store needs to purchase from better suppliers the fresh fruit and veggies spoiled. Bioengineered products.

LP followed my Dad on 5/25 around 730 pm. I hope the store manager speaks with this guy because we would like to know why he seemed so suspicious of my dad and he was just shopping. My dad called him out and was embarrassed. Please hire quality people!

The placement is convenient but the Concession stand IS ALWAYS AT LUNCH or on break and No one knows what time the person gets off break. I've come so many times to get the Pizza Hut personal pizza or bread sticks and they are not available.

Stopped by this store because of convenience on my route but it's not the store I typically shop at. I needed to return a defective item I had ordered online. I was not happily greeted by the customer service rep, in fact I was barely acknowledged. After completing the return she wadded up my receipt and then asked me if I wanted it. When I said yes please she tossed it on the counter and walked off. So incredibly rude! She did not seem to be happy to be there at all.

Target @ 5270 S. State Hwy 360, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052
Today at approximately 10am I went to Target to purchase a TV. A few days ago my wife went to the same store and spoke with a female working in electronics and my wife was told that some of the display tv's would be on sale and with an additional 70 percent off, but we would have to come back on Monday (today by 10am). Today I spoke with a young man who was working in the area but was not sure of the sale. He called the Lead who work in the department via cell phone. I personally heard her tell the gentleman that the TVs that are on clearance were on sale and if the TVs were on display, they were an additional 70 percent off. The gentleman could not get the price to ring up right, so he escorted me to the front counter and explained to the customer service rep that he needed the TV marked down and he was really sure how to mark the TV down. At some point the store manager Josh Lara walked over to the area and they asked him for his assistance. At some point Josh told me that he would not sale me the TV for the additional 70 percent off. The initial gentleman tried to explain to the manager that the lead over the department instructed him that the TV was an additional 70% off because it was a display tv.
I interjected and explained to the manager Josh Lara that as a customer I was told by 2 of his employees that the TV was 70% off and my wife was told by one employee that the tv was 70% off. I told him that I didn't think that it was morally right that he had an employee right next to him who admitted that they told me the tv was on sale and he was not going to honor their word. The manager Josh Lara began to demonstrate a very cocky and condescending attitude. Josh Lara treated me like I was a crook who was inside of HIS personal store and was trying to TAKE from him personally vs an honest customer who was informed by two supervisor/team leads in the department.
Josh Lara showed no compassion nor empathy!!! I cannot imagine The CEO Brian Cornell would condone this type of treatment related to the customer service. Josh Lara displayed actions such as those I would expect from a Walmart team lead in the underserved communities!!!

BE AWARE. They accuse you for stealing. Maribel accused my wife for stealing causing her depression.I went to talk to her and she started to misbehave and threaten me to calling cops. Will never return. I hope someone from upper management see this and act on it. Very disrespectful store lead.she was a racist. Look at previous review. I dont know how people like this get to keep a job.

Went to the store on 360 in Grand Prairie for the first time. Yes, I am creature of habit and usually go to the Mansfield store. The store was very clean and very well stocked. Pleasantly surprised!

There is a pricing issue at this location. Be aware the price that scans at the checkout may not be the price you saw on the shelf. Very helpful and friendly staff! The store is clean & organized.
