I'd rate 0 stars if I could. The young African American guy with a chain on seemed to be the leader and he completely sucked at his job. He told me I couldn't cancel my plan and that I'd have to call customer care service even though another t-mobile store told me the opposite. He didn't answer my questions he just blew me off without giving me any type of hospitality whatsoever even though he did so with the person In front of me. I was being very polite too so idk why I got treatment like that. He didn't even let me explore my options. He didn't answer any of my questions.

HelloI came came to this location. I needed Assistance urgently. Associate Manager Bernard Owusu approached me and helped me with my phone that was frustrating to me. He stayed with me until my phone was restored. Thank you Bernard for great customer service. Customers please come to this location for all your phone needs and a pleasant experience.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Stephanie who assisted in the purchase and upgrade of my phone. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived and Stephanie handled the upgrade, data transfer from my old device, and finding the perfect phone cover for the new Samsung Flip 5. The process was quick and seamless. Her professionalism was A+. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Some of the best and most efficient service I’ve ever experienced. Came in for a new SIM card for my new phone. Ivan got me in and out in 6 mins with a new card all set up in my phone without even asking. Was absolutely impressed with him and the support from the team.

Called ahead of time to tell them what's going on with my situation and to see if they could help me trade my phone they said yes but after I arrived in the pouring rain I explained the situation again to gentleman who said yeah I can help you with that he then started the process and told someone else to help finish checking me out then the lady made me reexplain what I told the store 3 times already just to tell me that i cant be helped. Completely wasted my time and gas just to be lied to

Rene was the best!!!! My husband and I needed help changing service to new phones. Rene was extremely knowledgeable and took her time with us. Her genuine care and patience with us was much appreciated. As I looked around all the associates were very kind and helpful to other customers. Best T Mobile customer service I’ve ever had!!

I dropped and damaged my Galaxy Note 10, which put me in a great deal of stress.Michelle Hernandez, Stephanie Bojorquez, and Bernard Awusu (associate manager) all gave me extraordinary customer service, including helping me file a claim for a replacement phone, transfering data from the old phone to my new one -- and answering the plethora of questions I had with the patience of Job.I'm 74 years young and will be 75 in August. I can always count on these good people to help me navigate my way through any learning curves.They remind me of why I chose Tmobile in the first place. I highly recommend this store and their amazing team members.

Long story short, I got charged for 2 new phones that are supposed to be free, had to change the account and now can't utilize the plan we wanted. They will be charging us more than was discussed in store. Don't do it!

I was at the store to fix an issue that was an error on the part of a tmobile team member I spoke to on the phone when I was transferring a line to my account. I was given the run-around by whomever I spoke to at this store, and they were quite rude about the situation. I am still waiting for them to review my recorded call to verify that this was actually an error on tmobiles part. I was not believed otherwise. Very sad about this
