Went here cause my coworker said they get you right well boy was he wrong I was the first one there and Melissa the worker was just looking at me like I didn’t belong there anyway I ask for a high fade and she said okay and started cutting when she was done it was a low fade and one side was darker than the other I asked her to please fix she said okay and proceeded to do worse I’m never gonna go there don’t waste your money

I did a walk in on a Monday morning they took me in with no wait. Melissa did a great job cutting my hair. She pretty much knew the style I wanted just by looking at the way my hair was laying. After the cut I had the MVP shampoo and neck massage which was all very relaxing. I’ve been coming here for about a year and have always enjoyed the cut and service I received.

So I come here off and on and have for many years. Service can be very hit or miss. I usually get the Double MVP.
However, today I had Alexia for the first time. She was great and that was the best service I ever had here! She paid attention to details, took her time, the massages she gave were great, and she made sure I was happy with everything.
For any manager that reads this, she needs to be trained as a Company Trainer and show people who service at Sports Clips should be!

Asked for a triple zero close cut and apparently she didn't know what that meant or didn't have the right equipment. I got a zero cut. Very rough. She didn't even offer to trim my eye brows which is a nice service. Find a different location for better service.

I would never recommend anyone to get a haircut with Mary. Went to get a normal buzz cut and ended up wearing a hat to cover the mess for like 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location is very inconsistent with requested cuts but even more so with customer service.

Decided to stop by this place for the first time on June 5th with my wife to get a clipper cut. When I walked in I wasn't too fond of the young lady in the 1st booth by the register. Although she had a client sitting in her seat, she did not greet and was not welcoming. Her attitude came off as if I was bothering her and a little too straight forward for a new client. Once I heard there was another young lady that was almost done with another person, I had a sense of relief because I was about to walk out and not return.
The reason I am providing a 4 start review is solely because of the young lady that clipped my wife's hair, Elizabeth. She was the absolute sweetest. She took her time and was very very patient with us as my wife and I are both learning about clipper cuts and the process. She was informative, and also made sure that my wife took a look at every section of her hair before moving on to the next. She had a great personality and educated us on how they keep up with what clipper guards were used in their system. Although the haircut was very affordable I ensured to tip her nearly the price of the cut. I am a firm believer of tipping for great service and she deserved it. Thank you to Elizebeth for providing us with great customer service and making this such a great experience for us!!

The lady manager was very rude to me and my stylist, cut in on and screwed up the haircut and didn't let stylist finish. Whole thing was so outrageous, and I feel for the sweet woman who was doing my hair. Managers like that are so unprofessional and ruin the entire experience for everyone I don't know how she's MANAGED to get in her position....

I was receiving a haircut and it was going very well. The store manager hijacked the haircut from the stylist I had and made it look awful. The stylist knew what I wanted and the manager made me have to go to a real barbershop to have to get it fixed.
The same manager was speaking poorly of the stylists and came across as an all around awful human.

I took my son here to get his haircut. I was worried about the wait time because I didn’t schedule an appointment, but Matt took my son in right away and did an excellent job. He was so nice, respectful and professional. I will now be requesting Matt to cut my son’s hair when I come into the shop. I’m not sure if he’ll see this but if he does… Matt you’re awesome!

I’ve been a customer of this store since the day it opened. Never ever again!!! Instead of sports on tv they had a female Spainish speaking talk show on all the TVs. When I asked if this is what we are watching the stylist said “that’s what you’re watching cause I’m not changing the channel.” I’m 6’4” and when I sat down she said “you are gonna have to slide way down in the chair”. When I told her I was as low as I can go she said “then you need to go get your haircut somewhere else because I don’t have time for your attitude!” I just got up and left.
