The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was great. check-in was quick, and I was taken back immediately in thirty minutes. I was out the door. If I could give them a ten,I would. They were just that wonderful.

Junnie at the front desk was very warm and inviting and friendly. I think that’s important for a visit like this when people can be nervous or anxious. They were efficient and the visit was over pretty quickly. I will definitely continue going here for my mammography needs.

Solis deserves this 5 star rating.
Despite a rough start, everything worked out perfectly in the end. We scheduled the first appointment of the day only to be told they don't take our insurance, so we left. Thinking that can't be right, I called both my insurance and solis call center and found out, in fact, they do take our insurance. They were able to get us in that same day. This was very important to us. Why, you might ask. My wife has bad anxiety and really does not like any kind of doctors office. I had to schedule this appt for her. When she was called, I obviously couldn't go back with her, which is a good policy for this kind of office. Solis has an all female staff, including doctors. My wife's anxiety was through the roof, but the lady working the desk went back with her and was able to calm her down. Most people can not, and they end up calling me. The doctor was also exceptional, talking her through the entire process. In the end, the results are negative, and she was glad she got checked. I can't recommend this place enough. As you can see in lobby photos, they didn't earn that center of the year award for nothing.

Solis in Grand Prairie is the place to go ladies if you need a mammogram! The staff there treat you like royalty and know that you and your health are number one priority there!

Techs are amazing! Junnie was 5star in attitude alone! Service was quick, welcoming, friendly. Techs were knowledgeable and information easy to retain and follow! I actually got seen on the the same day I received the referral from my doctor! I was just going in to verify that this was the bldg I would be going to when I made my mammogram appointment and "Devine Intervention", let me be seen that same day! OUTSTANDING TECHS! BEAUTIFUL FACILITY! 5 STARS!
