Apartments are trash the dog park stay full of dog poop. None of the outdoor patios are clean they are falling apart. There’s no propane to use the grills. I’m not sure what the sundeck is but never seen it. Only think I can say that’s good here is the maintenance. There’s been a water leak twice in a two months. A the leasing consultants don’t answer the phone, you can call while standing there looking at them and they will pick the phone up and hang up.

I am a current and remaining future resident of Sheffield square. The leasing office environment is a second home, they listen to our problems and help ease the stress upon ourselves when it comes to rent and are understanding that life happens and curves are gonna come our way. As said before I am a current resident and will remain only here till it’s time to get a house.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! The office manager Jill is a Karen who likes to yell at people when you have a question about their application process. I was never told that the admin fee was non refundable until after I paid it. Jill yelled at me over the phone. So I went to the office to try to get a understanding as to why I wasn’t told I couldn’t be refunded. She threatened me and called the police and played like she was the victim. She is unprofessional and very rude. If you are a person of color beware!!!! She has done this to other people as well.

I love this place! The staff up front (Sue and Lana) are always so warm and welcoming. The manager, Jill, is a rockstar! Any time I've needed anything or had any questions everyone has always been so kind and helpful.

I moved into my apartment April 2023 , the same week the apartment above me flooded leaking water all into my apartment from the wash room . I called the emergency maintenance line and a guy came out . He couldn’t fix the apartment above me until the next day so my apartment was being leaked into all night . The next day he told me he fixed the problem upstairs . We were told our damaged walls would be cut open and checked for mold and there would be a repair process that will take 1-2 weeks ( which the property manager later told me this wasn’t even there process) . We checked into the office every other week on the process and was constantly told “ they will be out this week we are waiting on a date” . We are two days from October and haven’t received any scheduled date from repairs . I reached out to the property manager JILL to be exact and she was VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING like I was wrong for just asking about the status on my repairs . She told me that they already checked for mold ok cool , but nobody is communicating anything to me . I’m very upset because at this point it’s clear that they have no intention of doing anything . They are putting my health and appearance of my apartment on the line . I pay $1,500 MONTLY for a ONE BEDROOM that’s not even really up to par .

if I could give zero stars I would DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The community is dirty , there are bugs in the units, gates and key fobs are always broken!! My current neighbor above me is allowing their dog to pee on the balcony and it is splashing all over my balcony and management has done absolutely nothing about it !!!!! They never answer the phone either . RUN WHILE YOU CAN DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

I have lived here since December of 2022 and Ms. Lana in the front office is just the best! she is so caring and always a pleasure to talk to. The Neighborhood is quite and safe enough I feel comfortable to do my morning and evening walks around the grounds with my dog Luka. Overall my experience has been a great one at Sheffield Square!

It looks like I am being moved up Grand Prairie, this place was recommended I really did like it both the ladies out in front were super nice and sweet hopefully there will be an opening when I finally transfer over

Beautiful and very well ran property!! Everyone in the office is so nice and fun to talk to!! I love the ‘new’ staff who cares and takes care of my issues. Pools are beautiful ?

OMG ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! How about no one knows what they are doing. First off I apply it takes days to hear anything then before I do they send me a contract so I sign it then they sign it but they did all that before even confirming if I was approved. ILLEGAL MUCH? That lady Lana says she was not sure if that was illegal and says she will just go in the system and delete what they said. These folks are nuts and super rude. Even the manager tried to get smart I had to tell her real fast lady you are the professional not me so handle me as such & not like your personal business matter. I thank God he blocked me from moving here cause I would have had some issues. DO NOT WASTR YOUR TIME. They also kept asking me to pay rent and despising before it was approved what a joke
