Hands down the worst one I have ever been to. I literally dread anytime my doctor accidentally sends my prescription here. I go to the one in Fort Worth instead. This time They put my prescription back two days earlier than they should have and cashier could care less.

Worst customer service experience. Waited 2+ hours for a damaged retuned. Customer service failed to communicate properly to ensure item was replaced within a timely manner, Manager personally stated undamaged item would be presented upon return and would be ready in 1 hour. Upon return no item presented and told to keep waiting. Just asked for gift card refund cause they are incompetent and unable to communicate within a reasonable timeframe nor priorities needs within a reasonable timeframe.

Out of the mini Sam's clubs I've been to from Los Angeles Memphis York not Texas this is the worst one here in Grand prairie I mean their Cafe is poorly managed you have lines going all way through the cafe Court you have two people for your line that is taking the orders and doing a scan and go orders while making the preparing the food for the people making the walk-up orders. Then you have an older woman in the back who's making the pizza but because Yolanda is helping here in this department she's helping Yolanda I said I guess a supervisor a short woman that's in the picture having a gentleman with water I've been standing like 20 minutes I'll go up and ask her to ask her if you can get some help she says oh I have no one to help her.Excuse me! Have you not forgotten how you got to be a supervisor or team lead customer service if you have nobody you get back there yourself it doesn't take rocket science to look at someone's phone and say oh they're order number 20 look at the board number 20 and get their order and help out the team in the back but that's customer service again his poor management. I feel for Yolanda and the older woman back there cuz they don't get the support they should be getting from the leads then when the woman in the photo yeah I took the photo but I guess that's customer service for you at this Grand prairie Sam's like I said any other Sam's is great never had a problem management tenant customer service even if they competitors I shot at the name Costco but the customer service and attending up to their customers is there not at the Grand prairie Sam's club.Yolanda and the other one in the back should get a raise he's really sad I've never posted a review this badly before but I'm sorry I can't hold it so I'm not sorry but something sucks it sucks and this sucks it's not fair.Finally spoke to I guess the actual store manager Randy and it was very helpful listened and said he would have dressed it but also mentioned that they were having issues here and didn't have to get into it and I understood because I saw when I walked in but he understood why I was coming from and he agreed and he will address it and that's what I'm talking about customer service thank you Randy but as I told him I would not be coming back to this one because first impressions are the lasting impressions and with that woman walking through the line knowing there's a line seeing the line and then me asking if she could help and she's saying again oh I have no one and then walking away while being on the floor helping out cash registers is unacceptable but again Randy said he will address it so thank you Randy.

I'm not sure what's going on with this Grand Prairie, Texas location, but the last few times that I've gone into this store, I've been unable to purchase certain items at the cafe. Today, they we're not making any pizza, so I bought four hot dogs and one of them felt like it just came out the refrigerator. There was no condiments and the fountain drink machine was putting out horrible drinks. I'm seriously thinking of getting a Costco card.

Lesley the "store manager" is extremely rude! The door person let us in right at closing for one item that we were going to scan and go with. Lesley stop me with my two grand children and said, "Girl you gotta go, we are closed!" This is not ok. Speaking to a customer in that manner is not ok. I walked to the front to speak to a "real" manager and she called security as if I was stealing. This behavior is by far embarrassing from a store manager. Sam's do better! Train your employees to speak to your customers respectfully. Especially when they call themselves a manager.

It was packed, but glad I was there at the right time. I found an APPLE PHONE in a cart outside in the cart keeping Parking lot. I kinda figured it belonged to a person that I was waiting for his parking space. So I waited in front of Sam's building and sure enough he came back. It was a big phone to start with. If it woulda been a woman's phone I would've just investigate who's the owner or SAMS LOST AND FOUND becuz she would've thought she put in her purse and not know for a long while to figure out it's missing. ?

This is for the automotive/tire department at I-20. I am not sure what is going on at this location, but I had 2 days worth of rude, condecending employees working in that department. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter with nobody acknowledging me, even though one guy saw me there. When he saw me he told me just to drive my car back to the garage. I did that, and the guy in the garage told me to go back and talk to the guy in the store. I went back in and ordered the tire- it was there the next day. I went in only to have NO employees working. There were a few upset customers that were there waiting. We all told the manager, she wasn't aware they were absent. When I came back the same rude guy was in the garage, and I remarked that oh they wee finally open. No apology, just the same horrible attitude. I got a refund from the front and went to Discount Tire. I've had good experiences at the Dallas location. Maybe I will try them the next time. Avoid this place.

The manager Lesley refused to honor this price. She stated, "Oh we don't honor the Sam's Club app prices." We only honor what we post in the store." I repeated what she said and ask her if she thought that was a fair ethical practice. She replied, "yes."

I recently purchased a membership here giving it a try since I had heard good reviews from friends . I don't really see a lot of employees on the floor to help out a new customer who doesn't know their way around . I am a recent shopper at Costco and have been comparing them a lot recently. The other upsetting thing was the food court HORRIBLE customer service!!! Was stunned to hear that Sams club does not do custom pizzas !! I didn't get her name but she shut me down so quick without any accommodation . I only purchased this membership for a year will probably not renew .

Sam's Club is one of the ways to soften the crazy inflation pains here in Dallas, TX. Is it the cheapest place to shop? No. Can you find some quality items cheaper than other places? Yes. It's all about what you need and where you can find it. It all depends on what you are looking for. Their sushi is one of the best I've ever had! Sure, the employees could be friendlier, but I can live with that.
