Definitely will not return. Managers and employees both need to be fired or at the minimum retrained. Employee stopped one item short of ringing up all my items and then proceeds to talk on the phone for two or three minutes all while there are four people standing in line to check out. I underatand that phone customers are imprtant too but you simply put them on hold until you have knocked out a couple of customers first. Then the lady 4 feet away standing there watching asks for receipt when im leaving. Lol never again

Work in area so visit this store a lot. Usually everything is pretty good other then a little expected clutter in some areas. But what has upset me is all of a sudden cashier tells you to keep receipt out and there is someone at door looking at receipt and going throughout bags. Come on now the register is literally 10ft from door with clear site. I stopped going to Walmart for that very reason and won't return here.

March 9, 2024 I entered the Ross near me in hopes of finding some beautiful clothes for my upcoming vacation. I had 12 items chosen. I counted out eight items right in front of the attendant. As I attempted to enter into the dressing room she wanted to recount my items, this infuriated me I felt profiled as a shoplifter. I normally have a good experience in this store however, today is making me want to go to another Ross store in another area of town. She was Indian and I was African-American Black Lives and feelings do matter.

I entered the store with a small child, and at the door there were balloons. My son started crying,He wanted one. I approached the table and asked the person standing at the door: Can I take one for my son because He is crying?she said I cannot. I told her there is one on the end, but his answer was no again , and I am sure they are going to the garbage at the end of this day . He is a young child, It is ethical to satisfaction a two-year-old child , and she does not lose anything if she gives it to him or laughs in his face. Your customer service is zero :(

Ross Dress for Less is my go-to for affordable fashion finds! The diverse selection and unbeatable prices make it a shopping haven. While the store layout may be a bit chaotic, the thrill of discovering hidden treasures more than compensates. Fashion on a budget? Ross nails it! Great employees with awesome service!

The cashier was friendly. The store is like most others, disorganized and sloppy. The aisles were at least clear so you could walk through the store.
