I just checked out at 4:40:38pm on 10/29/24 I bought 14 items, go home there is only 13 iterms..and that happened to me a lot of time at Ross..I shop in a lot of different places..like Dillards..Marshalls..Barlington..the cashiers have never done that to me..only Ross..it is cheating..

I recently visited this location and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Hunter in the fitting room! This location is usually one of the busiest in the area, but during my visit they had six registers open so the wait was not bad. Typically, I find dressing rooms to be a chaotic mess, but today was different. The dressing area was clean and organized, which was a refreshing change.
Hunter was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I tried on over 20 different outfits, and he provided valuable feedback on each one, encouraging me to keep looking until I found the perfect fit. His positive attitude made the experience enjoyable, and I felt supported in my choices.
What stood out even more was how Hunter took the time to gather the clothes I decided not to keep and put them back for me, which is not something I’ve experienced at other stores. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly made this the best experience I’ve had at any Ross in my area.
I highly recommend this location, the wide variety of choices and amazing customer service will result in a shopping experience you will not forget!

Bernice, the manager, is extremely rude. I worked in retail for a couple of years, so I understand how long hours can wear you down, but that’s no excuse for rolling your eyes and acting as though customers are inconveniencing you by simply shopping.

So close to my home also, because one of the managers I think her name is Bernice. She’s great good manager help me a lot in putting everything I had in bags. She was great thank you Jesus for her.

Never been inside the store, but I wanted to mention that they are NOT open until midnight. 11pm M-Th, til 9:15 pm Fr-Sa, and til 10pm Sunday

This location should not have public restrooms or allow drinks in the store. Restrooms have urine & feces on the floor. Half full drinks left on the shelves & floor. Drinks spilled on the floor as well.
Animals that aren’t service animals shouldn’t be allowed at all. Dog and/or human urine on the ground along with dog and/or human feces on the floor. Dogs running around the store off leashes barking at customers while the owner just shop.
Shopping carts don’t roll. Food & drinks left in carts. Dogs sitting inside the carts where young kids sit as well. No wipes to clean the carts from any germs left behind.
The entire store should close for a fews days for a deep clean inside & out.

Cashier extremely cold & rude.
No character no emotion - very in-professional..
Vibes given- ghetto - boot camp .
Employees Team up and speak to each other about customers - not in face or directly. But towards each other so one could hear them.
Traumatize after this visit.
This has changed outlook of Ross. Shall never shop there again.
