HORRIBLE customer service. was trying to get something to eat in the middle of my 12 hour shift and the nacho cheese was out. asked the employee if there was more and he didn’t seem interested in changing it. left me standing there waiting for 5 minutes just for some nacho cheese to be replaced. i also work in food service, and i understand how things work but how disrespectful is it to prioritize some customers over others? i doubt it would’ve taken that long to switch out nacho cheese but instead he wanted me to stand and wait for who knows how long as the line got longer and longer and longer. mind you, he walked away from me with only one person at the checkout line and by the time i threw away the food i was trying to purchase, there was about 10 people in line. disrespectful if you ask me. i’ll go to QT next time.

Everywhere I find a Race Trac you look at me with a coffee, no matter the time, I love the coffee they have at that gas station, everyone has different tastes, mine is coffee.

Bad service from the lady's at the register today April 15, 2023 around 11:30pm, my husband was pumping ⛽ and the lady's didn't let me used the restroom ? even though I told them that my husband was getting gas they didn't care, they where so rude, a soon as I turned around they started laughing and using profanity words then they stab the middle finger to me.

Bad company corrupts good morals, this and many gas stations are issuing trespassing to who ever they don't like... What good is it if you trespassed everyone and had no one to serve? A club hires bouncers, maybe its too much business for them to handle. Anyway God said forgive and tell those whom you charged they are welcomed back or deal with God Him self.

I went inside for frozen yogurt and gas and the attendant was really nice. However, the frozen yogurt had an awful aftertaste and they only had four out of the six flavors available. Also, they seem to be limited in toppings compared to other locations.
