At pump dealing with bank and pump’s customer service line offered. not accepting my card for whatever reason. Waste of time is this pump not offered to the public? Been talking to customer service reps. No help I suppose I’ll go to Home Depot to purchase by the boxed DEFMessages reads “declined not honored”Bank said there shouldn’t be any issues Q Automated fueling customer service has no idea what’s going on. No solution present from customer service. All I got was a sorry. They can stuff their sorry’s in a sac.If you’re like me and don’t have a “UNIT #” or “vehicle #”. All you have is a credit card take yourself somewhere else like a QT across town. Garbage if you ask me.

Was easy to get into. Was a new stop for me so I had to search for the computer to pay was on a pole. I thought prices were a bit high for diesel that's why only 4 stars

David Towing a total "0"!!! My wife contacted David Towing after my step-daughter had an accident and the car was towed to the Grand Prairie Auto Pound about 6 miles from our home. The front right wheel and tire was damaged so it couldn't be pulled home. David Towing told her it would be $59.00 for the tow and charged her card $59.00. Then they called her back and said they were too busy and was having Lenere's Towing coming after it but they would take care of Lenere's Towing. I met the driver for Lenere's Towing at the Impound gate and told him it was released which cost $237.30! (Another Racket)! The auto pound makes you get a tow truck due to liability they say!! He never said to me there would be more charges and I made sure he had our address. When he got to the house to take the car off the truck he said I still owed him $130 and that my wife had already paid $59.00. His charge was $189.00 for a 6 mile tow! We got David Towing on the phone and they started changing there story to oblige the Lenere's driver. Very bad service for customers to lie like that and take advantage after the tow was done!!! I recommend highly to NOT have any dealings with David or Lenere's Towing!!!! Bad business ethics!!!!
