After going to Quest Diagnostic for over a decade, I had mixed reactions due to the fact that I am a very hard stick and bruised easily. I seldom get a staff that can get my vein in 1 try. More often, I had to asked for another phlebotomist if the first person had missed it. There were occasions that it’ll take 3 tries and needless to say, my arms were badly bruised. I had some staff get impatient and indifferent when I stopped them after 1 try and request another staff to try. When this happened, I was left in the room and had to wait for 20-30 minutes before someone else showed up with a straight face. In the last year or so, I finally found a lady that was very nice, friendly and compassionate but most of all, she can get my vein quick and easy on the first stick. Her hand was so light and precise that I hardly feel the pinch or the sting of the needle. Her name is Scherelle at the Grand Prairie clinic inside Tum Thum. So now, I only let her attend to me and refused the other staff to draw my blood. Miss Scherelle is a wonderful and outstanding addition to Quest Diagnostics.

The problem I had with location at 1001 Arbrook in Adlington TX, room 5 the lady was rude REFUSED TO TAKE MY BLOOD UNLESS I PAY EVEN I HAVE INSURANCE, She said you pay or no service so she forced me to leave, I asked her to bill me but she refused…. The appointment was on Monday at 3 PM
Basically she kicked me out, very disappointed

Update: Ms Scherell eventually took care of me and she was very nice and sweet. The other Young lady still needs more training. I still think the check in tablet should NOT offer you an an appointment if you click that you walked in. Or have staff that is not busy offer help instead of waiting for people to ask for it. I cab handle a tablet, but if the system is broken, I can't help there.
This place is ridiculous.
I walked in, lady looks at me, doesn't even say hello. Sees me on the checking kiosk but offers no help. Next availability is 10:30am, I choose the next availability and I seat down. Older couple after me comes in, they don't speak English so one of the ladies get help signing in. Next thing they call them and are helped.
I ask what's going on and they say that I did it wrong and they can't help me.
Ridiculous... you better speak other language other than English to get help here
