“I wanted to leave a really good review for this UPS location. I recently had to send my daughters in for a repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the button wasn’t working. Apple received the iPad and sent me photos stating that the iPad was shattered and bent, stating I would have to pay a lot for it to be repaired. I let them know that when I sent my iPad was In good condition and they told me that they were going to have to escalate it so I called the store to see if there was anyway they could get footage of me taking my iPad in to get sent to Apple because then you would be able to see that the iPad wasn’t broken. They went above and beyond to get the footage for me. I really appreciate them. I will be taking all my shipping business to them from now on.”
