I been a loyal customer of This store but NO MORE. Beware!!! do not place orders here at this location! I did not receive the merchandise when I call to ask about it they said that's between me and the Carrier!!! So I would think they would send me the merchandise I ordered again but I was told I had to pay again!!! Terrible Customer Service! They are absolutely nothing like it used to be, I want be going back.

Very disappointing.. visited store today.. lady over the bill counter was not very welcoming.. she made error on my bill culd nt even type my name on bill.. still did not received my bill over mail..
I wish culd hv gone to allen outlet instead

Same prices as at the mall, don't go there looking for drastic price reductions. Super nice store as far as appearance. Staff was friendly as well.

Good afternoon,I would first like to say that I'm an avid Polo wearer and have been since I was a kid. My entire closet is full of Polo attire. With the cold months looming, I figured I would purchase clothing from the outlet store in Grand Prairie to be prepared for the Fall and Winter seasons. I drove an hour to get to the store and found some great gear per usual. But to my dismay the cashier left the markers on my clothing. I will admit that the buzzer went off when I left the store but it also went off when I walked in along with several other people so I didn't think anything of it. My problem is, I called and the individual that answered the phone made it seem like it was no big deal for me to drive back to the store. Today was literally my only off day and I would've preferred to relax and enjoy myself versus spending two hours of my day on the road smh. Upon leaving after driving to the store I called and asked to speak with a manager and the individual that picked up told me he was a manager. I told Chris what happened and he instantly stated the next time you come I can give you 20% off of your next purchase. My issue was never receiving a discount, I only wanted someone to address removing markers off of the clothing when it's purchased moving forward or even receiving an apology for the wasted time and gas that I spent without warrant. This experience doesn't change my love for Polo as a brand but I do have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to the customer service I received and the employees that Polo as a company hired.
