The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Trainer Emilio is amazing..He makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Great do it yourself gym. Just don't like the summer program with all the kids just hanging out and playing around. The only 2 floor Planet Fitness I know of. Grand Prairie tx

Very great gym, has everything you need plus spa etc. Never used it though. If you ever need to cancel membership, you do have to go in person.

Excellent place for do your exercises is you want orientation,you make an appointment with instructor there is auto clean ,you clean the tool orf you do your work out I recommend very much .for your mind and body ,you belong.

This is an excellent planet fitness location for Grand Prairie. The machines I wanted to use were available. Machinery and equipment were clean.

While I was working out today I was rudely interrupted by some gym members cursing and harrasing 2 young girl at the front desk and I just don’t think that type of behavior is okay please don’t let people like that come in anymore :(

Leticia is one of the best managers i’ve seen at this location! she has great customer service ethic and tries to find a solution in the midst of a problem. i will always come to this location when im in the area! :)

This location is usually nice and pleasant and clean but last night while working out on the stair master I Over Heard 2 workers arguing with members the workers seem to be the ones antagonizing from what I gathered & heard as a guest I felt uncomfortable I felt as if the workers wanted to get physical with the member Thank God the member was the bigger person in the situation Latisha was very rude and unprofessional she used nasty language and I even heard her insult the member at the counter body I was in disbelief there was a brief back & fourth between the two but I could not believe how nasty & unprofessional Latisha and her coworkers was to this lady who did her best to keep calm and Latisha even told her “She Can Get Out “ if the lady did not leave I would have felt the need to step in

Bruh, not to mention the suggestion; on to popping up on the net, tho this place has the house vibes still since the first time I sign up, Rudy; kept me at a state where I'm still going with the policies as well as the members in the team to of night shift and morning shift as well the afternoon shift for I wouldn't be oblivious.

The reception guy was working 5-23-24 at 10:43 pm has bad customer service and he didn’t know anything about customer service I will start looking for another fitness opening 24 hours after that I will cancel

Decent gym. Interesting how this PF only allows 1 coin on the massage chairs while others will give you 4 if you ask.
