Been going here since before I can even remember and I've always had great service. The doctor is great and she has always found a remedy to my sickness. Also the desk is nice and helpful. If your child is sick, come here I promise it's worth it.

The staff here are unbelievably rude! They speak to patients/families as if they are not supposed to be providing care and good service. Horrible customer service!! I would not recommend this office to anyone!! If you call to ask for any information the office staff immediately has an attitude and responds in a negative way. This is not a professional environment.

They don't help people with disabilities, and neither do they try to understand the situation. I did not ask them to do the disability paper work. Medicaid requested that my mother in law has a primary care doctor, to verify she needs assistance which would have been an agent that would call from medicaid asking about her current condition, and yes we were going to pay out pocket.

Absolute horrible front desk. No matter how good the doctor is, the thought of having to deal with the recptionist every time I come in is a nightmare

I came in to ask a question and before I could ask anything the light skin black girl(or whatever she is) immediately had an attitude. She said you need to have a mask. I asked do you have any? She said No and I told her that she didnt have her mask on covering her face and she said she only wears it when people walk in! Then she said you are about to walk out so it doesnt matter. Okay! Got it was looking for a new Dr office and well looks like I can mark this one off the list. In my opinion that defeats the purpose of the mask because what about all the other associates walking around in the office with her? Kind of a double standard! Rude and obnoxious people who seem unhappy should not be working any type of front desk position! So yea she ruined for this office.

Had my son here for about a year. There were no issues until there was one with a front desk personnel. The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I talked to Dr. Huang about it and although she said she was upset with the staff, she seemed hostile toward me. I decided to find another provider. They don't have any client portal, which was another issue.

Very bad service, I was waiting for an appointment, they told me that they would be able to see me but it wasn't Haci and I only asked for my time and I couldn't make the appointment with another doctor.

The worst of the worse . The nurses are all rude and treat everyone who arrives badly. Very little professional ETHICS. The best advice of the day is to never get there.They don't care about the patients and the doctor doesn't care about anything. Truly HORRIBLE

I have been looking for a good family doctor for a while and I am so happy I finally found one. The staff is great. They took me back almost immediately. Dr Huang is an amazing doctor and she is also very sweet. Everyone at Pioneer Family Doctor was extremely nice.

I have used Dr. Huang for more than 20 years now. We moved and I still drive 45 minutes each way. Why? Because they don't overschedule, I've never waited more than 20 minutes in the waiting room. The staff changes slowly, somebody always recognizes you, and Dr. Huang always takes time to hear you out. Don't expect them to do surgery or anything, but for most routine visits or minor ailments I can't think of anyplace better.
