Three 24” collagen treats. They had no price tag. When I got to check out the total was 78.00 and change! I didn’t have time to go back through the store. I had my three dogs with me. The line for check out was long enough that the dogs were getting antsy. I was in total shock at the price and asked for the cashier to reverify the price. He looked online and the price was the same. I paid for the treats because the dogs were needing one but never again! They were overpriced in my opinion. I will get treats elsewhere.

Staff was friendly. Items on the discount area had 90% not labeled with discount tags. Places was clean but heavy smell of wet dogs.

🌧️😂 “Petco Self-Wash… or Petco Self-Sad?” Review
If you ever wondered what it’s like to bathe your dog using hopes, prayers, and a broken shower line—Petco’s self-wash has you covered.
Literally. With dirty towels.
Walked in expecting a spa day for my pup. Walked out with:
No working water (kind of important for a wash, right?)
A dryer that wheezed like it needed CPR
Zero aprons, despite the website promising them like a VIP perk
Shampoo that was basically… water? (Is this a hydration station?)
A mystery smell no nose should ever meet
A missing drain cover—super safe! Love that for us.
The staff? Nice enough, but they looked at the equipment like it was ancient alien technology. No clue how anything worked.
Left with one soggy dog, wet clothes, and a strong desire to go home and rethink my life choices.
⭐ 1 star because I can’t give zero—and because my dog still loves me after this experience.

Took my goldendoodle for a haircut! The works in his grooming package. Explained how we wanted him look and stuff. She seemed to understand but my dog looks like I cut it! Over $130 mistake!! Not sure I will return for this service again. Now waiting for it to grow back and try again!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I trusted this groomer (Gloria)to take good care of my fur baby, but when I brought her home, I noticed a big knot had been left behind in her coat. This tells me that proper care and attention were not given during the grooming process.
When I bring my pet in, I expect a full, thorough grooming with attention to detail — not rushed or incomplete work. Leaving knots behind can be uncomfortable and painful for animals, and it shows a lack of quality and care.
