The lady that has a super short haircut she is by far the worst. Telling me i cant buy fish due & that i have to wait 3 days to buy a fish. GIRL THE FISH IS GONNA BE GONE IN 3 DAYS. Its my money at the end of the day NOT yours.

This is by far THE BEST Petco I've ever shopped at. The employees (especially Buff and Lola) are knowledgeable and friendly. I wished I remember the rest of the team members at that Petco because they've all helped me at some point. They are patient and empathetic to their customers and their pets. Most of my visits felt very personal. On the rare occasions when I had any issues with my order, they've always resolved it timely and professionally for me. Keep it up! :)

It started with a friendly, helpful conversation on a phone with an associate who gave me advice on cages for kittens.
When I arrived at the store, I received help with my purchase of a large cage taken to my car.
Helpful, courteous staff. A clean facility.

Their reptile and fish section did not seem well cared for compared to previous times. However, the cashier was so nice. I purchased a very sick betta- colorless, malnourished, and has fin rot. They gave me a discount and were extremely helpful and nice. My betta is doing well and is so vibrant and happy now! I wish they didn't have to keep bettas in the awful cups- but that is out of their control and is more of a company thing.

I booked a bath & brush appointment for my dogs and was disappointed with the result. It was my dog’s first time getting washed by someone else, so I understand if it was difficult. I was advised if at any point they saw my dogs get stressed they would have to stop, understandable. But what I don’t agree with is having to pay full price for a service that was not complete. One of my dogs came out wet and had no nail trim and probably didn’t get any other service included in the package, for which I still had to pay full price. My other dog apparently got the full service but still had odor when I picked her up. Lastly, their nails still had dirt on them even though they were washed. Waste of money.

Went to the store this morning want to get a hamster for my son I didn’t get any help from the employees had to go get them my self asked them for there names I didn’t get any names it was a girl with purple hair and the one one had green hair all I ask if I can get a hamster for my kids and started asking me so many unnecessary question about my personal stuff at home and all she said she cant sell me one of there animals for what I had told her

Went to Petco to get litter and interacted with 2 employees in the 10 or so minutes I was there. Both were very polite and helpful, and they were willing to go in the back to look if I couldn’t find what I was looking for in the front of the store. Great experience every time I go to Petco.

This used to be our go to for fish. This weekend we went and immediately left. The tanks are in horrible condition. We saw many fish eating the remains of other dead fish. I didn’t see one tank without at least two dead fish. I don’t know if they’ve got new staff or what, but I won’t be going back to this store for fish.

Been coming here for a while and this one is one of the better ones to go to. Staff is pretty knowledgeable in variety of pets. We own many different pets and they always have the info I need.

Poor understanding of fish. Mixing chilids and angels together, angels are just getting eaten alive, informed staff and they shrugged it off. Tanks are in overall poor condition; algae outbreaks, dead fish.
