Dr. Zach Sloan is fabulous with my Miniature Schnauzers! He is very gentle and my Boys love him. If you are in need of a great Vet Clinic, then you definitely ought to try this one out! Penny Paws Animal Clinic
2325 W Warrior Trail, Grand PrairieThe fact you can make an appointment at their mobile clinics was already a perk, but the team I saw today was SO friendly and patient with my anxious 46 lb dog. My dog has bad anxiety and due to bad past experiences, she’s extra anxious now when getting shots. Usually we can’t pick her up or get her to hold still enough for a heartworm tests but the staff did so well with her despite her efforts to flail around. The gentleman who helped calm her down and helped with the entire process was very friendly and made an effort to slowly get to know my dog and have her get comfortable with him before starting the process and that makes a big difference. I wish I got his name, but he was helping out this morning (9/21) at the Pet Suites location in Lewisville, TX. Maybe someone will know who I am talking about and give him some recognition. The whole team there was great ! I’ll continue to visit Penny Paws in the future for my animals now ❤️

She kept pre bussing our table, getting us refills, super sweet and very pretty! The guy dressed up in the hamburger costume brought our food out pretty fast and warm! So that was good! Pretty funny as well!! They both did amazing. At the end i told our server Kimberly that one of the stalls in the girls bathroom was out of toilet paper but there was still more on the other roll and she completely understood it and asked someone to restock it as well. Definitely want to come back here and if so i hope Kimberly serves us again! She did great!! Food was amazing too, i got the Hatch Quessdillas and they were pretty delicious !!

2222 W Warrior Trail, Grand PrairieHello to any one reading this comment, I have loved Prairie Paws for the longest time and have gotten all of my dogs here. And I have even dropped off a cats and a chicken that we had found. I can’t express how good this shelter is. I even had my birthday party here! The staff has always been friendly except for one time when my mom and I tried to ask to surrender a pet that was not a usual pet. And the staff treat us like we were dumb, we have never had a bad experience here. Except for this once and this was newer staff or volunteers I don’t know for sure. (This did happen a while ago but I have finally wrote this comment) other than that this shelter is 10/10
