This place is under new management under manager Fernando Jr., which I had a chat with this past Saturday when I had my car washed. I will say this, the vibe of the staff is way different from the last owners management. Some of the old staff are here and some new. They took their time drying and wiping down my car and they did a great job overall. I will be back.

I had used this car wash before and never had an issue
But today they just lost a customer
The front of my car obviously didn’t get clean, so I asked MATTHEW right where they take the payments if they could wash the car again because it clearly was still dirty, and he said no.
He said the car wash does not guarantee the car will be completely clean… like what am I paying for then?
By the way.. I hadn’t even left the car wash when I noticed. It’s not like I left and came back. I was vacuuming it and noticed it

No manager on premise, Self vacuum area is atrocious. Vacuums don't work, hoses on ground, air chucks turned off, trash cans full, trash all over ground, no more towels available, when I asked about it no one knows anything, no care given. Try to call phone number doesn't work. Westchester we deserve better!

Didn’t have a good experience at a car wash on beltline so I decided try the next closest place which was this one was I was super satisfied with the service, speed and overall outcome. very good place for basic exterior wash and dry, super affordable as well.

They are all Roque. I took my car there to wash, I was charged for both interior and exterior, but they didn't do good job on the inside, I had to show them some areas, but still the same, I drove off. When I got home I checked the locker compartment I told them to clean they didn't even touch it, I went back there only to tell me that they don't do such.
It's just a waste of money.
