If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE look elsewhere. Hazel lied about everything over the phone saying my mom was approved, her APR, etc. My mom had an appt for 2pm to come in and just sign paperwork, well Hazel didn’t come in until 2:40ish bc she went to lunch never called and never even spoke to us when she came in. The lady in the front had an attitude and she told me everything opposite of what Hazel had told my mom over the phone before the appointment. I was just trying to understand why one said one thing and she was saying the whole opposite that made my mom not trust the whole company. It was such a waste of time. Never again!!!

ZERO stars! Sarah…rude! It’s not enough to send check stubs / W-2s / Bank statements / utility bills but they also want to call your employer and so many other ridiculous demands!

Wonderful, wonderful service, both in the store and online, all very friendly and highly knowledgeable, especially the manager who helped me who speaks Spanish, gave me a detailed and thorough explanation of everything, answered all my questions and the main thing , gave me many offers to choose from within my credit framework, I would recommend it 100% and I would surely return. Great and best of all, money in minutes.

**** SCAM ALERT *** This place is a scam !!! I went in for a 14% loan and they knew from calls we had and paperwork they kept asking me for, but didn't tell me that they could only do a 28% loan until they had me inside ready to sign. They thought I would just take it since I needed it, but I had better choices so I took my business elsewhere.. Loans way cheaper in other places so don't fall for their tricks!!!

Applied for a loan online of $2000 for an emergency dental issue for my daughter. Entered all information and receive notice that I was approved and they just needed to verify documentation. Sent all requested information. They then had me create an account and get a dashboard and finally someone called me to go back over everything only to deny me. Why say I was apptoved? It is not worth the hassle. Go anywhere else. Upstart gave me a loan of greater amount and lest interest and guess what? The same information I gave one main. I wish I could give this a negative rating. I worked hard to get my credit up only for this nonsense and to take a hit on my credit report.
