I came in with a continuous low tire before heading out of town. I'd previously used this location when i lived in the area. I had no appmt and they were very busy. The Mgr Val got me checked in immediately and advised of the wait. The Asst Mgr Johnny was very polite and courteous in all his phone calls and customer interactions that I witnessed during my wait. After close inspection, the technician Ryo found that the issue was not my tire, but a cracked rim. The manager and technician showed me the issues, discussed my options for repair elsewhere, and advised what I should do in the meantime on my drive home. I cannot give enough stars! I would 100% recommend to females especially as they are trustworthy and honest and you will not be sold products/services you do not need.

The tire installation and alignment process was so easy. It's usually dreadful but I relaxed in the waiting area, in the cool air, and actually enjoyed my wait. I'll definitely be back. Great job Jonny and Vel!!
