If you value your health, avoid this company. Called a week ago, filter is plugged, can't fill portables and am breathing filthy air. Been one week and nadda, nothing, but was told a week ago she would send a tech out that day. UPDATE: CONTACTED BY THEM. THEY SAID THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. So giving 3 stars for now.

Worst CPAP supply company I have ever dealt with. My Dr faxed the referral on November 13th. Kept getting calls saying their QMEF people were to call me to go over insurance benefits......they never did. I asked them before why the delay when they had the referral for over one month - gave some story about not able to get supplies but someone from QMEF would be calling me....again, never happened. Had to call my Dr office to get the number - I called and was told that QMEF was to call shortly - told this Eddie person that I was told that 3 weeks ago.A few days later, Eddie calls back to say QMEF has been leaving me messages......uhm, NO they didnt. Eddie sets me up with appt to pick up machine in Ft Worth for Friday the 28th. Then I get a phone call from Eddie stating they didnt get the machine in from QMEF and he rescheduled me for today.....THEN I get a call stating that I can pick up the machine but they wouldnt be able to go over the machine with me because they were so swamped with LAST MINUTE deliveries and he scheduled me for an appointment in January for the instructions. So I go in today. A worker there made a comment about last minute CPAP....as if it is my fault. So I get the machine and I asked for a brief tutorial how to use until my next appt. I get told I cannot use this machine but I had to take something home with me for it to go on this year's benefits. There is absolutely no excuse for conducting business this way. I work in a hospital myself and I can guarantee I will be advising the case managers and social workers not to use this company!!!!

Well i learned my lesson. I have COPD and needed a nebulizer. My copay was approximately $22. So I used it the first time so loud I actually need to wear ear plugs medicine delivery is sub par. So I looked the machine up online very hard to find almost nobody uses it and from what I can find is no longer manufactured. I can buy a new one in original box unused 3 years old for $22.00 another company $27 I wonder how much they ripped Medicare off for on this my copay is 20% so you do the math. You are not allowed to return the item.So I will buy one that is new with current technology and does not wake my roommate up.Dave

Worst service of any company I have every dealt with. Have literally been trying for months to get supplies they say they are shipping. This has been since June. Today someone was supposed to call me back with an answer but never heard from them. Even though my insurance approved the replacements I can’t get them so I’m buying at full price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This place is a joke. You place an order, they wait weeks to see what insurance says the copay is, and then spend another week shipping, all over $8. If you need supplies on a regular basis, do not go to this place, they will leave you high and dry, and do not even care at all.

Do not hand over any money until you personally speak to your insurance company. I forked over $1724.00, in September and now in January and February they want an additional $1842.89; I've spoken to insurance provider which confirmed medical clinic is not submitting proper paperwork for claim to be paid. In addition, insurance provider has advised me that I have been overcharged for the equipment.Trying to resolve outstanding funds on the account I got the insurance provider on the phone, they explained not all documents were submitted. Lady in there office would rather argue that she already did it instead of trying to help her employer.

They are the living worst. I have been trying to get them to help me for 6 weeks now. You should see my call logs. I have called then everyday and still accomplished nothing. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They don't document calls, so when you refer back to the previous call they say, "no one documented that call." How did I talk to someone there for 15 minutes, and NO ONE documented it?I feel lucky that the supplies I need are not life or death supplies, otherwise I would die waiting for them to their job.

More than 6 weeks to receive supplies. When I started using this company for supplies I received usually received them within two days, but as time has gone on I have to call two weeks after each order to see where my supplies are. Conveniently they have always shipped out the day before I call. This last order was placed ~May 24th I went on vacation the following week and when I returned they had still not arrived. I called them back on the 6th of June to check and they said the order was canceled because the new Rx the Dr. sent over in April was not signed. I had receive no phone call to correct the situation. I asked the to please contact the Dr. and request the Rx with signature and they said they would take care of it. A week later I called back and they said they had not received a response from the Dr., but would try again. The next week I called back and they said the Dr. said that I would need a follow up. When I told them I was just in their office in April they called the name of the Dr. and it was a Dr. I had not seen in 3 years. I don't even know how they had this Dr.'s name. So I gave them the correct Dr. info and they said they would call to get the Rx. The next week June 26th I called back and still nothing from the Dr. so I called the Dr. office and they faxed it over immediately and said they had only received the request the day before. I called back and paid for the order. I called back again on June 29th and my order was still not shipped and no one could tell me when it would ship. I was unable to call back until the 4th of July and I received a call back from the message I left with their messaging service. However, there was nothing they could do because the office was closed. I was assured they would check into it when they opened at 8:30AM on the 5th and they would call me back. At 9:45 on the 5th I still had not received a call back so I called and was told that they were packaging up the supplies and I would receive them on the 6th. More than 6 weeks to receive supplies that are ordered monthly seems a bit excessive.
