Being the holiday season you would expect crazy chaos. The aisles were neat and tons or cleared e items. The staff is always helpful.

Had the pleasure of purchasing at this store where they don't seem to have their priorities in order. An item rang up for $4 more and when I questioned it, their solution was to snatch the incorrect price tag and tell me there was nothing they could do, in addition to giving me back a $10 voucher that was used when I had them reverse the charges. A manager was called and I explained the issue to her, with the employee who removed the tag manning the register. She honored the cheaper price and I thought I'd help by telling her the price tag area was now empty. Her reply was "I'll get to it someday". Exactly! And this is why the store is an embarrassing mess. Keep losing money and maybe the owner will care that you don't take care of his/her store.

I've been very happy with the beautiful quality of their framing. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. They are careful to use acid free framing materials. I recommend their Master acrylic to protect artwork.

Vince at the frame shop did an amazing job on some very important keepsake documents. He had so much patience when choosing the right frame and mat to display the documents at their very best. I was able to see a preliminary view with the camera and special software. I was hesitant to leave the documents while the frame and mat were being ordered, so he called me as soon as they came in, which was several days sooner than expected. I brought the documents in and he had the job completed the same day with amazing results. Vince is extremely professional and is very good at his job. I highly recommend him for any framing job!
