I can't believe this place whenever i comes get the gift from T-mobile they said they didn't have it and tell me go to T-mobile store get it but this is owned by T-mobile. She want to keep the gifts for her family or something. T- should check this store out...?

If I could give zero stars I would they sold us trashy phones which she said was the best they had available at the time. Many issues I've been waiting on a call back for 2 weeks now but I need he would not call me they just lie lie lie I hate I went there or to metro period. TRASH TRASH TRASH

?I leave this review for Ana? She was at the MetroPCS store in Arlington off of Arkansas and Collins before and moved to this new location of course due to her OUTSTANDING Customer Service, me and family followed her. She always greets and give the most beautiful compliments every time! Never fails. Ana always knows her promotions and wants the best for her customers, she tells you the truth!! I can't believe after 3 years I have never left her a review. I love her attitude and how attentive she is! Ana deserves this review and more! Just a beautiful woman and at heart.May God open the gates of Heaven and pour blessings over her and family.Thank you for always put a smile on my face everytime I have walked in the store. Your amazing! Nevermind the profile picture cause I come in looking like I drove with my head out the window??? Much ? ?

Customer Service could be better all she wanted to do was sale didn't give any additional deals just that I had to pay same amount either way I went getting old phone on or getting new which I should have been able to pay 60.00 instead of 100.00.

This Store Is Terrible They Sold Me A $200 Dollar Phone That Doesn't Work, No Phone Calls, Lags And Freezes, Resets And When I Went Back To See If They Can Fix It And They Said The Best They Can Do Is Sell Me A Used phone For $40 Dollars, And It's Not The Same One, And I Have To Wait 2 - 3 Days.

Poor customer service. The girl Jessica couldn't tell me why my phone wasn't working. She kept saying it's the network. The Asian guy that worked there was on the phone talking, so he didn't help.
