It Was way better before they movied to the New Building And expansion. Since the move They sent the wrong medication thru my mail order so I was charged. Then insisted it was the right one. It took 5 phone calls and still order the wrong Twice before I got my high blood pressure medicine Right. I went too long without. And now I am having a problems getting my Prescription for my diabetic medication! Im so done, looking for a new doctor but we all know that’s hard in itself

Poor customer service of a front desk/appointment lady. The reason you have a job is to assist politely clients like me to make appointments and such. The attitude you gave me is unacceptable. If you’re having a bad day don’t come to work. No wonder computers are taking over y’all’s jobs.

Came in with extreme lower back pain, paid almost 200$ just to get a note for work and diagnosis was looked at back for pain. What a ripoff I'll never come back here

I was not informed about the long wait time, they also didn't inform me I could've waited else where and I could've received a call once my time was coming up. other people were also being seen before me that had left and came back to check on wait time. also, someone came in was told they couldn't be seen, Yet, when a someone called to check if they were seeing patients she told them to come on in. doesn't make sense to me

I was a patient for several years and it is sad how times have changed this practice. I was told I could schedule a virtual visit. I asked when could I actually see my own personal doctor? I was told 2 months and if I was "sick enough" I could go to the attached urgent clinic. I've moved on to look for a family practice who wants to have a relationship. I would no longer recommend.

This review is for Dr. Riley. She did a tele medicine with my son and she mentioned that she will call back next week to check with him then release the doctor’s note , she did not call, and I have to call the office and ask for the note( took more than 48 hours for her to respond ), then she want me to make another appointment before she can release the note ?, why? Where’s the call back you supposed to call back to check with my son?instead you want another appointment so you can overcharges AGAIN for copay ? and more $ from the insurance company?

Im only giving one star because the doctors are amazing they give great service however the receptionist needs to improve on her customer service, I simply called to inquire about issues I was having with my prescription and Catherine was speaking to me very derogatory without reason and im not sure as to why or what reason to speak with that attitude.

My first appointment was in grand prairie, Texas. Dr. Riley was really wonderful. she took her time and listened to me. I made the right Choice. The other staff members were the best. Thanks.

Great experience! My first time to visit this facility (Methodist Urgent Care) The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

After my mother's physical exam was done, I asked for a piece of paper about prescription information the doctor prescribed medicine to her, front desk just said it was sent the information to pharmacy she chooses and did not send it to her. I asked another person of front desk, and she gave my mother's health summary including prescriptions. It' s better to ask your health summary after everything's done.
