Horrible experience. They don't return calls to much later. It's all about $$$$, not patient care in my opinion. The staff kept trying to make me schedule appointments for a referral for an orthopedic specialist. I needed to see a neuro surgeon, but they want you to come in. I never had to go in for a referral when they have your medical records. Then they send referral to who they choose and not the specialist I requested. It took several times to get to the correct one. Staff is often rude and unprofessional. When I changed to Dr. Rameriz, I provided a list of medications, but all medications were not sent to pharmacy. My blood pressure was uncontrolled and the medical assistant didn't appear to care. So disappointed with the care I received.
Today I received a call back because they sent my medication to pharmacy as once a day instead of twice a day. I had previously stated if it's an issue, I would locate another PCP. Evidently this didn't sit well with the mostly Hispanic doctor and staff. I suppose I wasn't to have any input on my healthcare in the outdated office. The unprofessional staff stated Dr. Rameriz stated he wouldn't see me again and wouldn't refill my medication requested weeks earlier. Please beware of this clinic and ask questions. It's your body and health which they appear not to care about.

The Front desk woman is very disrespectful,the one sitting right on front of the entrance door , I scheduled and waited months to get an appointment, unfortunately I got confused because we all humans, and I thought my appointment was in a later time, I went there thinking I was half hour early to fill out documents, but the appointment was at that time, she told me to fill the paperwork fast and I started writing on them as fast as I could, then she changed her mind after I was filling those papers and she said I needed to reschedule again because I was late, that's very impolite, 1st she said yes then she changed her mind, nobody was on the waiting room, and she didn't care to help, she had that face of satisfaction like I don't care, go somewhere else, but of course if a regular patient miss an appointment they will charge $25 for not showing up with the story that they could of seen someone else, and their valuable time, blah blah! but you care less for new patients, when I was there at least in time for the appointment, when to fill out a paper you can even do it while waiting on the exam room, etcVery contradictory, anyway I will reach out Methodist headquarters even if they don't take further actions, that's why tis location is full of bad reviews.

Doctor saw me for about 5-10 minutes max, didn't really feel like she listened to my concerns wouldn't recommend, definitely worth it to try and find another healthcare provider, but if this is last resort they're ok.

I set my appointment with this place way in June after having a heart attack they couldn't see me until today September 19th their tells you what date to come tell me my appointment was for 9:30 in the morning and the lady told me it was for 8:30 I said ma'am I had a heart attack I have to see a doctor she said well you have to reset your appointment I really feel like it doesn't matter to them they say go get your check ups you pay for your insurance to get your check ups and places like this don't have a care or concern about human life I'll never go back there ever again. I guess if I was white or Latino I would have gotten treated like my life mattered.

Went here for the first time to take my elderly father for an appointment. There was a lot of paperwork, but I think that was just because it was his first time. The nurse was very helpful and walked us through the process. Dr. Gavalda was just a ray of sunshine and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and told us what the next steps would be. I am very happy with this experience and look forward to the next visit.

I was nervous going to see a doctor for a very long time ,went in for high blood pressure, I perceive the amount of questions I ask and the concerns that I have can be annoying at times to most doctors ,but the staff here is very patient and knowledgeable my doctor is soooooo patient with me and always kind and answered all my questions without so much as an eye roll. I feel they have a genuine concern for my life . I did have to get use to there my chart app , it is the way most modern medical professionals communicate , and I must say that it makes communication with my doctor and staff very easy ,so for those who are leaving negative reviews about this fine establishment, I suggest learning how to communicate through the app that they tell you that you will need to use or through there web portal. That is the way they do it so they can keep records of conversations for legal purposes and so they have a recorded communication line so that there are fewer misunderstandings with scheduling and medications I strongly suggest that anyone that has communication issues with them, start to use the methods of communication they use . It will make things work more smoothly,and stop nitpicking these fine professionals, and thanks Katherine ! You rock Doc

Whenever I’m trying to do a refill the receptionist don’t answer and leave you on hold for more than 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous it’s just one refill.

This clinic is going from bad to worse, they don't even want to give you an appointment by zoom, you have to wait 8 days for them to receive it and there has to be a date to get sick, the reality is that the only worthwhile doctor was Doctor Hidalgo , it's a shame that the staff want to treat to the patient as a beggar I think they should receive some talks and clarify that the patient and the medical insurance is the one that pays their salaries and treat the patient seriously.

They are very nice but sometimes incompetent if you need medications. They say call the pharmacy but you better not need it fast because you then have to call the office anyway to get it.

My experience at Methodist Medical Group was well over my expectations.First time in this clinic, front office and lab stuff well trained and caring.I absolutely love Evelyn Corley APRN. She is exceptional in every sense of the word. She is very pleasant, understanding, and compassionate. I can tell that she is truly genuine in her efforts to improve my overall health and well being. She showed great concern and actually listens to my needs.I will make this my new doctor’s office.

Phenomenal staff period! I’ve been coming to this office for over 3 years. The well being of their patients ALWAYS comes first. Even when their super busy they take time to acknowledge me with a smile! Absolutely love this place!!
