I had the opportunity to visit this location on November 24, 2023 “BLACK FRIDAY” and although they were extremely busy, the store was clean and the associates were nice. One associate “Ms. Zakia S” in particular went over and beyond to assist me. She took the time and effort to find what I was looking for. Ms. Zakia was kind, friendly, professional, polite, and courteous. She is the definition of a LEADER and knows exactly what customer service is and should be. I appreciate you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel welcome to Texas and showing me the way customer service is provided throughout Marshall Stores. They should have people who fully speak the English language as cashiers. Yesterday I asked the afternoon cashiers about the credit cards and she didn't understand anything and didn't even know how to tell me the total of my purchase. Hire better trained staff

Mrashalls has always been a hit or miss for me but I know for sure that I'll find good looking cheap affordable clothing. I dont want to sound like I'm sponsored, but it's worth checking out.

I was pleased with our shopping experience. Found some good deals. Good customer service always a plus and almost every register was open to get the line of customers checked out. For privacy purposes I blocked out faces.
