My car was repoed from title max for loan the same day it was taken. I paid the loan and to pick up my car. Was told I had to wait until next because no appointments available. Went to pick up my car the next morning and they stole all of my things out of my car. Laundry detergent and beads shades perfume girl scout cookies and more. This is a Horrible place to deal with. Then on top of that the the lead was the rudest person ever. They get no stars from me at all.

Do Not do business with Main Auction Services. They do not honor their own invoices. A manager, Karen, threatened to fine me $50 a day because I would not pick up when they said the required pickup date was. Dispite admitting the invoice they sent was dated incorrectly. Then the manager, Karen, stated that I would be blocked from future auctions. Keep in mind this is all over $5.01. Never-mind that I have been a faithful customer spending thousands...Main Auction's Reply -"Hi Mr. Dibble,I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm aware of the situation that developed in Arlington, and at this point what I can offer is the same solution that Karen gave you, you may pick up your items until December 22nd, but effective December 6,2023 your account will be blocked.This outcome is the result of a few factors, after reviewing the notes on your account, I could see that in the past, we worked with you in regards of an invoice that was left unpaid, even when then proof was shown that the bids were made from the same IP address as your other invoices we we were flexible and voided that invoice. Now, that we had a mistake on the pick up dates we could have expected the same understanding we offered you on regards of that invoice but since you decided not to do so, we will simply stop doing business with you to avoid any future complications.Have a nice day!Celia Soto"

Hell no! I put an oven in their auction. Was 10 grand new. Still worked in good condition, got a check from them for 77 bucks. Never again!

The ladies at each location are awesome! They are very attentive, friendly, and remember me when I come in. They are incredibly accommodating and make me feel important. You don't get that anywhere else. The guys in whew warehouse also go out of their way to get you taken care of properly and efficiently.

Done with this auction company!!!They sent me 3 invoices after a auction ended. Then called me saying they had a glitch in the system and removed a item that I had won. Saying there should have been a reserve on that item. I had to give my customer a refund on a deposit he gave me for that item. Not only was I embarrassed but it also made me look bad as I had to tell that customer a story about why I didn't have his item.I don't trust doing business with this shady company anymore. ✌️

I purchased multiple items from this auction site and every single fridge I purchased was junked, not to mention the other items I purchased that didn’t work and had to be worked on. They say the items are tested and working but that is not the case obviously as one fridge had burnt wires, one has a bad compressor, and 3 others wouldn’t cool. One was completely out of Freon and when a professional charged it it leaked out in 2 hours. This is ridiculous! If you’re auctioning off items you should list honest condition of the item. Yes, customers can go check the items but those of us who live over 3 hours away pretty much depend on their word. I will never buy another item from them again.

Worse Customer service ever. After 3 days of back and forth to find out when my goods are going to be delivered, I found out it was never scheduled. Then, when I called the manager to complain, I was told that "do you want your goods or not" and The manager wanted charge me $50.00 per hour for storing my goods . Try other places.

From the first time I went in here I was impressed. The selection is great and the customer service is unbeatable. I will continue going back because they always take such great care of me. I highly recommend Main Auction Services for their great selection, great prices and friendly staff. Doesn't get much better! Thanks guys!
