Title: Friend's Nightmare Visit: Unwanted Glow-in-the-Dark Nails and Terrible Treatment!
My friend recently visited this nail salon, and the entire experience was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. The customer service was shockingly awful - the staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in providing a pleasant experience.
Not only was the customer service dismal, but the quality of the nail work was even worse. To make matters worse, my friend's nails ended up glow-in-the-dark, a feature she didn't ask for. The nails looked messy and uneven, clearly showing the lack of skill and care from the technicians. When my friend politely asked them to fix their shoddy work, they responded by raising their voices, getting upset, and eventually calling the police to issue a trespassing ticket!
My friend has never encountered such disrespectful behavior from a business before. I strongly caution anyone thinking of visiting this nail salon to avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and hassle by finding a more reputable establishment to pamper yourself.

Don't go to this location. Acrylic overlay lifted to the tip within 3 days. She agreed to redo only two but I was concerned about the others doing the same. When the next whole nail popped off on vacation within the nextv4 days I went back and asked that they all be removed. $100 worth of service and a tip to have the police called on me and a trespass warning filed. All I asked was for them to ALL be removed then she began to raise her voice. I had already overlooked the fact that they glowed in the dark...unknowingly to the owner and not by my request. I thought I was dreaming and was scared seeing them in the middle of the night. The owner wanted to charge me to correct her faulty product and work that I already tipped her for. It's the principle here. It costs less to remove them than the tip I gave. BAD customer service. Sad.
This is relatively new ownership. Less than a year. I'd gone here for 4 years prior with great service and took a break to come back to this.

Came here with my girlfriend so she could get her nails done. Trish took great care of her and did an amazing job, she was very pleased with her nails !

Nancy and Lee have worked on my nails and feet for over 10 years I love the new spot here at magic nails she has always been reasonable for everything I get including eyelashes and eyebrow waxing! If you are looking for something great and affordable Nancy and Lee are the dynamic duo to give you great services!!!

Don’t come here do wax or eyelashes the old people they all gone, the owner’s only do it but she don’t have license wax or eyelashes either but she do it, that breaking the law and scary don’t go do wax or eyelashes here waste y’all money, owner don’t know how to do it, don’t trust her also she take too expensive on everything please don’t go that shop, get out!!!!

Wonderful experience! I had the volcano pedicure and regular manicure. Love it! Andy was my pedicure and manicure tech. Great job! Also, Nancy gave me a neck and upper back massage! I’ll be going back in 3 weeks.

OMG!! This is a nice gem. I love the peacefulness walking in. The massage chairs and pedicure was just what I needed. The nail tech did an amazing job on my nail. I will be back. Nancy is great!

I love this place and the staff is very welcoming and friendly! Prices are reasonable and results are amazing! I highly recommend for great service to pamper yourself with manicure, pedicure, eyelashes and waxing eyebrows!

This got to be the worst nail place I have ever visited. The nail tech was very aggressive and rough on my hands , very rushed . They were lacking very much in nail tech polish choices and doesn’t look like they really care I went ahead and just choose something because I was in rush, she was not able to do the shape nor the design I choose so I just went simple and told her to put clear and it was my fault for choosing this shop but oh my lord it’s just terrible but it is cheap so can’t expect too much from a hood neighborhood nail shop but patience and being gentle with a customer is a big deal at one point I was for sure she wanted to break one of my fingers haha interesting experience but first and last visit for me .

I've been coming here for 8 years and let me tell you Tina will take care of you. She's very passionate and caring. She makes you feel very comfortable while getting pampered. When you go in, just ask for Tina. You won't be disappointed!!

It was very bad when she did my nails when she took off the acrylic she left the nail dat was already on there from my last nail set even tho it was cracked and they were all wrinkley and I said are u gonna fix that and she started to speak in Chinese and I couldn't understand what she was saying and she still left my nails like dat and all my nails were all wrinkley and ugly
