Going through the reviews, I am concerned as to why I never got a call back from Megan Ray. She was very promising at the time when I made time to meet with her at the clinic for a tour. I was impressed and excited for my little girl to start services at lonestar autism solutions. Megan Ray sent the intake paperwork, and everyone who has gone through this process for their kiddo know it's not easy to fill out, especially when it's written required. I sent my insurance, ID, and all documents as required, sent. I do a follow up with Megan Ray she replies to my email "I have been busy here at the office, we are short staffed at the moment, once our staff is full I will get back to you, to resume services". This took place last year in October 2023. I find it very unprofessional and pushed to the side of the curb. I was hopeful my kiddo could have been part of lonestar autism solutions, the location is 6 mins away from my residential, which is why I selected at first.I am so excited for my little girl to start with Behavioral Innovations, the process was smooth, and their team is adequate. As a parent, we want the best success for our kiddos I feel Behavioral Innovations is suited for that.

We are so happy with Lonestar ABA and in the 1 month we have seen improvement in our son. You can tell they care about your child and the BCBA’s really get to know your child to set up the roadmap for therapy. They also offer amazing activities for the family to join in on. We attended a fall festival with games for everyone and a petting zoo and they just had a sensory friendly Santa event where they took family pictures with Santa! I couldn’t be happier here and highly recommend Lonestar ABA.

I worked at this place for a couple of months and i can truly say they care about each child. The patience, understanding and love they have for all the kids is amazing. The BCBA'S are all kind and understanding. I would definitely put my son here and refer friends here.

This is a wonderful place that provides ABA therapy for children. My son has been going for over 3 years and he loves the entire staff. They are very patient with him and do a great job. Thank you especially to Kathleen the director and Amanda who oversees my son with the various therapists. They have been incredibly helpful with all of my questions and various issues over the years. They are very easy to work with and they try to go out of their way to provide multiple solutions in helping my son. I truly recommend Lonestar to anyone who has a kid on the spectrum.

This place has provided services to my son for a few years. They will go out of their way to make it work for your family; from insurance to schedules. Their staff - they go out of their way help my son succeed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs assistance with a child with learning disabilities. They will work tirelessly for your family!

Highly recommend Lonestar Solutions to anyone. They have been a blessing to us. They will go out of their way to make sure that your child is receiving the services they need. They will work with every child and accommodate to what is best not only for your child but for your family. They really do provide excellent services!

My son currently attends LoneStar Autism Solutions in Grand Prairie. He is nonverbal and we no longer deal with aggressive behaviors because the BCBA created programs to help him communication his needs. We receive daily notes to track his progress & to see what his day consist of.The BCBA works with us on goals for him & the team of very qualified RBT’s helps to make task fun.LoneStar is the best thing that has happened to my son & family!

Lonestar Solutions is by far the best ABA services that we have found for our daughter. The BCBA consistently works with us and our daughter to tailor a plan that is best for her. We started the services four years ago, and we have seen multiple improvements in our daughter. What's just as great as that is the love they share with her and us.

My 7 year old son has been going here since he was 2 years old. He loves LoneStar and is always happy to be there. I am so thankful for this place because they have taught him so many life skills and have taught him to be more independent. Jessica, BCBA, Kathleen, director, and all the RBTs are nothing but amazing and understanding.
