What a great race track! I don't have much to compare it to but our experience there was amazing. From greeting the trumpet man at the door and him giving my children high fives to the ease of learning how to bet, it was so fun. This is definitely a kid friendly place on an average evening. Eating there can get expensive and there is a pay to park area. But if you eat before you go or bring food to leave in your car and if you park further you can mostly avoid those costs. But to be fair you're probably going to spend money there anyway and the options to eat are pretty good! (Ps if you do bring children make sure they talk to the trumpet man for a mini horse as a souvenir.)

I think it is an experience that you have to live even once, I felt like I was in a movie, there was the man who played the trumpet every time a race started, also on the upper floor apparently there was a party and you could see to the women who looked out on the balcony with pretty dresses and big hats, it is a family place, there is space to sit, also for them to bring their own chairs, I really loved it, I would gladly return.

I actually had something stolen from me on this property as a customer. Not too bad if you consider I've never had anything stolen and over 20 years. You may want to watch your stuff not leave it on attended.

We went to the park for the 4th of July. The races were great. They had bounce houses, pony rides and other activities for the children which was also great. We got box seating to be cool and comfortable so we wouldn't be in the heat and sun. Once the sun started to go down we opted to go sit outside closer to the track, by then the weather was comfortable. The fireworks at the end of the night were awesome they put on a very good show with an amazing finale. This was our first time going to this track, so I'm sure there were a lot of extra activities going on because of the holiday. So we definitely plan to go back during a normal day and time. The only reason I didn't rate the park at 5 stars is the cost of parking and it was cash only...who carries cash these days!? Overall a great day and a good time!!!

Love going to this place during or before the 4th plus the pepsi deal on Sundays is a hell of a deal free large pepsi all I had to pay for is the racing book and food! Didn't win much but $20 but all fun!
