I bought a used transmission from, worst decision ever made. Firstly I was lied to that the transmission was rebuilt, it wasn't. Was told it was great shape, it wasn't. Continuos leaks of fluid, more noise then my previous transmission. Whoever worked on the transmission i bought from here stripped nearly every bolt on it and removed the filter. No idea how or why you'd even try that. But nonetheless I wouldn't ever buy another part from here ever again

I swapped out a bad engine with a friend and It seems they refunded me by accident And it was not me and I told the lady that's not my fault you did that and it seems they refunded a friend I went with or other person not to me. and LKQ is trying to Sue me for that What a horrible company. I definitely would not recommend this place. They make mistakes and they want to try to charge you for it.

I bought a snow chain hanger through eBay from LKQ not knowing it was only for 4 chains, their description is not specific on details nor pictures. I happen to Otr for over a month when I ordered product. I never opened box and was still denied a return. This is my first and last time dealing with this place of people

Worst service here. Takes more an more hour to get parts picked up here. Left without picking up parts as they told me they are not sure if they even have the parts. Will not deal with them again. They keep replying back to bad reviews saying that they are working on improving the service but nothing happens. It was my first and last time here at this location!

Don't waste your time especially if you're a business owner and need them to do what they say they will. They lost our first order then sent us the wrong unit, made us jump through hoops to prove they messed up, finally said they would send us the right unit told us Monday but once again no show. been dealing with this for over a week. We finally had to tell them we would come get it ourselves, but once we showed up they wanted the core, the same core they would have left in our shop for weeks had they actually dropped it off, tried explaining we didn't bring it because they usually leave them in our shop for weeks before they come and get them (while they sit on our money for a month or so before we get our deposit back). We were told that's not our problem, but this whole chain of events was started by them and their poor customer service. Now I'm left trying to explain to our customer that there are companies that are actually this terrible at their jobs. Beware once they got your money they don't care about customer service, don't use especially if you're buying for a business you will most definitely be sorry. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0.

This company should be sued people is working from 4am in the morning here til midnight at night cause they are too cheap to hire people. I see why this company is always hiring they working people like dogs this is a sorry excuse for a company. The owner, manager and supervisor should be ashamed of themselves to treat people this way It should be against the labor laws for people to work this many hours in one day. This company don't care about nobody but themselves.

Warranty process is terrible and not fair. Bought a subie cylinder head, installed, haven't driven it for a single mile (except test drive by auto shop), and leaking oil. Called them and start a warranty. We agreed that instead of returning and getting a replacement, we have my trusted mechanic repair the head. The repair was successful. Now comes $$ amount...sigh. I'm a Canadian customer, their initial "cap" for cyl head warranty was around 1/2 of the repair cost (or so I thought after currency conversion because everything we talked about was all in USD), they agreed to bump it up since the head hasn't been driven when the issue was detected, and it clearly showed a NEGLECT during the reman process (no silicone/ liquid gasket in a connection). I agreed on the amount because after exchange rate, it comes to around 2/3 of the repair cost. Still not perfectly fair since it's a clear defect/ neglect during reman and MY mechanic actually repaired it, not theirs, but whatever, I'm willing to bite the bullet. But then.....apparently the amount they promised was in CAD!!! So it only covers a bit over half of the repair cost. Tried talking to them but they tried to convince me that it was in CAD all along per warranty terms, while they SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED that it's in USD in our phone conversation. So, I'm basically only getting just a bit over half of the repair cost. What a joke, both the process, and the product!

Terrible place to work. Awful company to buy parts from as well. During my time there there were multiple complaints from customers that the managers ignored. Go to any other place but here for your auto parts.
