The manager is a very rude woman and I will never come to this nail shop again! I see why they did not have many customers upon my arrival. They are super slow and do a terrible job!

I've been going here for, I can't tell you how many years. I moved out of the area and still came here. Service is typically always great and consistent. Today, however, was horrible. Pedi, and did. Pedi - $50 Smooth Soles - she seemed to be in such a hurry ( wasn't busy ) barely scraped my heels. I do maintain in-between bi-weekly appointments. They weren't bad at all, but needed some work. No change before and after. Usually, they massage your calves. She just braised my skin for about 20 seconds. Zero pressure. Nails - I'll just say this... didn't have any of the 3 colors I chose, and it took the gentleman 2 hours to do a simple dip. I'm going to assume he was new. He tried to blame it on the color dip I chose. Said it's hard to get it smooth. I've noticed they aren't as busy as they used to be. Hmmm, I'm going to give them one more shot only because my stamp card is full, and I'll get $15 off on my next visit.

Requested style: I went to nail salon waited 15 minutes then got my nails done for my birthday I asked for French manicure,and pedicure. I told the lady when she put white tips I wanted medium length stiletto shape. My nails were half hits no French tip …. I talked to owner and she told mei needed to leave I said I need my nails re done she said we are closing . I paid 100:00 and kicked outside waited 15 minutes for my Uber, heartless rude owner n my money wasted

DO NOT GET HAIR DONE HERE!!!! Holly did a horrible job. When I asked her to fix it, she said I was being "difficult". She chopped off 6 inches when I told her I wanted a trim. Went back for her to fix, another 2 inches off. My hair was choppy and not properly blended. She said I was blind and it looked fine. I asked other guest and all agreed it didn't look good. Never again!

Terrible service. Don't do your hair at that place. My hair was falling out with their products and all they cared about is getting paid. Charged excessively instead of fixing the problem. I will be taking them to JP Court

I think they assigned me the worse lady they had working. I didn’t like the repair she tried to do or the way she polished my toes. I just paid and left. I don’t think I will return
Based on the reviews that’s exactly what happen to me. I hate the polish on my toes and I took my nails off same day

I needed mym nails done for the weekend and I usually don't have the time in the morning to get them done and this place was open late wich really worked for me. And the service was great MYMY was really sweet

I wasn’t originally going to post about my nails and just leave it be but I can’t. My natural isn’t even properly glued to the top she applied and it now has caused a gap between my nail and the tip/acrylic. This can cause moisture to stay trapped leading to fungal growth. There is no way for me to fix this except get the nails taken off. This happened leas then 3 days after I got the nails done. There are also a variety of other issues including the polish was not properly applied and curled, the acrylic had dips from not being filed evenly, my thumb nails have gaps on the edges where there is no polish at all. There is acrylic under the edges of the tip from not being filed. The length between both hands is different meaning my left nails are longer than my right. The polish was cured with lumps.o
I put the into photo in twitch a series of photos from my nails I was supposed to have an accent nude nail and dark green leafs, the nail tech put white and the leaves she made black and I had her just stop attempting to do the nails after she spilled black on the white and couldn’t properly get it off she then got a bit annoyed when I told her to just drill off the white and put all the nails as green.
I don’t want compensation or a refund and I can’t get them redone due to having to fly back home, I just wanted to make sure people get honest reviews.

Came in for a Mani and pedi. I did not have to wait long to start getting service. However, the manicurist seemed extremely rushed. She did not want speak to me. Which is fine, but a hello would be nice. The massage that is included when you get a Mani and pedi is not anything to wish for. it was maybe 3 minutes at the most. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely friendly. She did take her time. However, the secretary kept coming over asking when she was going to be done, so that was a little annoying. The pedicure chair was decent. Also my pedicurist and another tech were getting into an argument. The only reason I knew that is because one lady kept telling the other to be quiet. So that was a bit entertaining.
I'm not sure I will be going back. I actually prefer Jo jo nails. It's small, but everyone is really friendly.
And not in a rush.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If you’re not good at a particular service then don’t take the request. My hard earned money was wasted. On top of it all the tech was extremely belligerent and irate towards me and my 12yr old daughter. Overcharged me because “she thought” I requested a manicure as well. What an experience.

I got dip two days prior to the dip cracking on each nail, from this salon I’ve been going to for over a year. I consider myself a great customer, I tip good, and I’ve never had a problem here. They wouldn’t give me my money back, and charged me $10 to take off the dip. They were saying they wouldn’t be able to do anything until Friday, until the girl that did my nails is there. Why would I want her to do my nails after she did a terrible job? I was actually sad because this was my spot for a YEAR. Can’t believe they treat their loyal customers like this.
