I tried the package of 12 quesabirria but the truth is I'm not very happy since they lack flavor and color and they don't give you consome...... I bought the quesabirria deal but unfortunately didn't find myself happy with it they lack flavor and they don't offer you the soup that you eat with it.

Don't waste your time. This store is a joke. I don't even know how there still running as a business, nothing but a rude woman and judging by their actions, they must be ill hearted woman because they are just rude to the core... And the deli is run by fat, greedy, stank, mean hearted woman who wanted to serve to their standards I went for the family meal to feed my family, and it was set measurement on the paper around 8 oz. of each of the meats including beans and rice and 12 tortillas why do I come home to find out its short. of course the beans was filled to the top but everything else was missing about a serving or twos worth (I'm thinking she stole a plates worth for herself from my food) there was even only 11 tortillas not to mention she had an attitude because heavens forbid I don't accept the cold tortillas with my hot food overall good deal on paper but good luck getting your full money worth from them

Hello everyone am one of the cashiers working at the moment en la michocana meat market am sorry to hear about your experience but most of this comments are bad reviews which the ones that are complaining about the double charge or the receipt we can fully tell you we do return the items and no we did no deny to give your money back for double charge!again if we did there must be a reason that can be explain will further or do I will be talking with my co workers to make this a better place for you guys I hope you enjoy your morning

We arrived at La Michoacana with the intention of enjoying a family meal. We placed our orders and headed to the kitchen to pick up our food. At that moment, I remembered that I still had to buy the sodas, so I went to the freezer, grabbed them, and paid for them. While we were sitting at the table enjoying our meal, an employee named Amy approached me and asked to see the receipt for the sodas.
Although it bothered me a little, I respectfully responded to her to go ask the cashier who sold me the soft drinks so that she could confirm that she had paid for them. After consulting with the cashier, Amy retreated to her work area. I asked her if she would apologize, but she refused and responded in a mocking manner. That's when he approached the kitchen where a cashier/cook named Daisy was.
Amy informed Daisy that she needed to check if she had paid for the sodas, and they both started laughing as they discussed what happened. I find this lack of respect on the part of Amy and Daisy very disappointing for a business as good as La Michoacana. Despite the delicious food at a good price, the attitude of these two employees negatively affects the reputation of the establishment. The situation resulted in public humiliation, as several customers witnessed this bad behavior.

The roast meat is very good and the service from those who run the butcher shop is excellent, but they are 3 stars because the cashiers are not careful when bagging; They put meat with dairy products they put chicken with grocery products It is well known that chicken should be put aside due to the risk of cross contamination I think they should give them a basic course for that!
