“I normally have no issues and love shopping here, but I had a hard time the other day with the price of a countertop being mismarked. I had to walk back through the warehouse to take a picture of the price tag because the floor employee only explained to the cashier over the radio that it was the wrong item, and there was no offer to honor the price as marked (as I have had happen at other stores). I ended up getting a different color that was the correct price. I also asked a few people for help with the process of getting furniture that was not available in the self-service area, and I got wrong or incomplete information from people I talked to. It just seems that maybe people need more training to be able to answer questions correctly. It took extra time and trouble, but eventually I got out of there with what I needed. This was my first difficult experience with this IKEA. I’ll still go back, but I’ll be more careful to take pictures of any marked down items. I’m just glad my husband wasn’t with me or he would have been miserable ?”

“The ladies at each location are awesome! They are very attentive, friendly, and remember me when I come in. They are incredibly accommodating and make me feel important. You don't get that anywhere else.The guys in whew warehouse also go out of their way to get you taken care of properly and efficiently.”
