He is A+ in my book!! We bought our Kirby from him in Oct 2023. Very knowledgeable & professional. Today I drove back to his shop with a question & took my Kirby. He demonstrated what steps I need to take to resolve problem. I am a hands on learner & he is a great instructor!

I haven't been there but seems like a very cool vacuum store. There should be another location of this business open in areas of Texas like Lewisville, Denton, and Dallas.
