I purchased a Letterman Jacket from them and was given what I would say the run around to later find out somehow the wrong color was either sent or ordered not even sure which one! When speaking to the owner he didn’t even seem to really care not even a apology that my sons Senior photos were ruined no communication at all ! That was a Lot of money to pay and hard to come up with just poor managing of a small business communication would have gone a long way so upsetting!
